Scam website. I cancelled my own order after a month of waiting. I have now waited three months on their “account department” processing a refund. After being requested 4 times by their help chat. It’s a scam website. I have written to trading standards and I am also processing a claim via my bank account. Scam website. Scam phone line. And no action from the help chat.
It's a scham. No support, no way to contact them. Phone doesn't work, whatsapp doesn't work. No email adress. No humans.
Edit: i have started a chargeback process with my bank. Seems to be the only way to get my money back

After waiting over a month without receiving the product or any meaningful updates, I had no choice but to cancel the order due to non-delivery as per received communication from co. that product in not in their stock. and if I need it urgently, they can not. Either I had to wait or cancel. I cancelled. but
Since then, I have been trying to obtain a refund, but until now, no payment has been returned. Every time I reach out, I am told that the matter will be "sent to accounting," yet nothing ever happens and I never receive a clear response or timeline.
It has been several months since the cancellation, and I still have no product and no refund, which I find completely unacceptable. I am very angry with them. Even on website telephone number, never connectable.
I am requesting an immediate full refund. Is there anybody can advise, should I file a case in consumer court for my loss of money, my time and my energy ?
I tried to contact by email, their whatsapp, and on their webpage too. but no result until this day of 23/07/2025.

Em outubro de 2024, realizei uma encomenda junto à Eurobike. Após três meses sem qualquer entrega ou atualização concreta, fui obrigado(a) a cancelar o pedido por conta da ausência total de envio do produto.
Desde então, tenho tentado obter o reembolso do valor pago, mas, até o momento, nada foi devolvido. Em todas as tentativas de contato, recebo apenas a resposta de que "o assunto será passado para a contabilidade", porém nunca há qualquer progresso ou retorno efetivo.
Já se passaram meses desde o cancelamento, e continuo sem o produto e sem o reembolso, o que considero inaceitável e uma grave falha no atendimento ao consumidor.
Solicito com urgência a devolução integral do valor pago.

They take your money for products that they don't have in stock then leave you hanging. 5 weeks on and I have nothing so now the fun will start trying to get my money back. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOT!

My order was not delivered in time. Because I wasn´t able to contact anyone in the company, I canceled the order. 2 months passed and I could NEVER speak with anyone at Eurobikes and I was never refunded. Through message, they accepted to send me engine oil instead. I saw the order validated that day but now I cannot access my account anymore! So I feal I was robed by this people. By far the worst experience I had buying online.

Tried to buy a helmet, they didnt have stock and when i requested a refund they said would be done until 18/01.
Today is 03/03 and i still havent received it. The support keeps telling me that they have forward it to the financial dpt. for more than 1 month

Scam website, do not purchase from them. They reply initially, then stop responding and never deliver the item or update you. Cancelled the item through their website and no refund received. Pathetic. Reported to my bank as fraud. Reported to UK action fraud police website. Investigation opened, good luck.

Ordered oil and filter with a delivery date of 05.07.24. As i paid for it this changed to 12.07.24. On 13.07.24 i asked where my delivery was, no response. I asked again on the 19th still no response. Cancelled my order and it the took 3 weeks and several more unanswered emails before they refunded. I will NEVER use this gang of crooks again. AVOID at all costs.
