refund for item not in stock…1 year later!!

Requested refund for item not in stock and not shipped after two months….. this was June 2025! chased weekly. Chased monthly. Then I was diagnosed with cancer, now I am back on my feet. Chased them again this month (April 2026) and they responded with “we are still requesting your refund from the accounts department!” Nearly 12 months later!!!!! What an absolute scam of a company!! DO NOT ORDER FROM EUROBIKES!

Avoid at all Costs!

I wish I’d researched all these comments before I ordered! I’ve received the wrong item - a much cheaper one of course - but the invoice shows the correct code and description for what I ordered. Needless to say I cannot get in contact with Eurobikes, having emailed 2 different addresses on the day (both bounced back), phone calls only go to voicemail directing you to WhatsApp and all the messages sent there remain unread! Total scammers - steer clear.

Scammers

Scammers. PayPal payment was not available – the only option was paying by card. After about five minutes, when I started reading reviews online, I immediately cancelled and requested a refund. They promised to refund the money, but even after a month nothing has been returned.

I reported the case to my card provider, who opened a dispute immediately. The first stage of the dispute process took about two weeks. According to Visa rules for card payments and transfers, I now have to wait up to another 30 days for the final resolution.

Be careful and avoid this shop. There are deliberately no reviews available on their website, which is another red flag. In my opinion this is a typical scam and fraud.

Avoid like the plague. Take your money and don’t deliver

I ordered a helmet from eurobikes between Christmas and New Year. I messaged them on 8th January to be told that the helmet was discontinued. I asked for a refund. A week later I chased the refund the said it would take 14days to process. After 16 days I asked why it hadn’t been refunded. They said it would have to be sent to my bank and not the credit card I used. I gave them my details and I am still waiting.
So basically this company advertises something they haven’t got and then keep your money. By the way I contacted HJC and they stated the helmet was available and current. I ordered it from Premier Helmets and it came in 5days.
So my advice is go elsewhere unless you have no other option. I will avoid them like the plague.
Next step
Is to report it to my credit card company as a fraudulent company.

All the previous reviews — of which about 90% are negative — are accurate. The modus operandi of this “store” is to take your money while they try to obtain a product they don’t actually have in stock. Then the game begins: if you request a refund, they will pretend to cooperate, but month after month they come up with excuses, claiming delays for various reasons. Their goal is to waste your time until you either give up or forget, allowing them to keep your money.

Stay away from this eurobikes "company" you have been warned!

I ordered oil and filter they claimed they had in stock but didn't.
It took me 6 months to get my money back and had to ask my bank to step in.

use another insurer

I am unsure why but if they do not like what they hear they terminate the call. They do not like claims and will make life difficult for you. I lost count at 21 the number of people who are dealing with my claim. I have been on the phone for 21 minutes at 4.05 pm today trying to discuss my claim. My advice would be not to be drawn into this company by what you think are cheap premiums.

Refund promised, never paid – unreliable and contradictory service

I placed an order in October. Part of it wasn’t in stock, so we agreed they would ship what they had and refund the rest. I received the items, but the refund never arrived.

Customer support kept giving completely contradictory answers: first they said the refund would be automatic to the original payment method, then they demanded my IBAN, then said it wasn’t needed, then asked for it again. Weeks passed and nothing happened. Every reply from them shifted the story and pushed the blame onto the customer.

This isn’t an isolated case. I’ve already found several complaints describing exactly the same pattern.

My bank is now handling the dispute and the case has been forwarded to the European Consumer Centre.

If you’re considering buying from Eurobikes, think twice. When something goes wrong, they don’t solve it and don’t take responsibility.

Avoid this seller if you value your time and money

Order did not arrive by the due date. No communication from the seller to indicate any delay. I contacted them to see what the issue was "out of stock" was the reply. I asked for a refund and this was promised to me by Nov 7th, By Nov 8th no refund had been issued - apparently there was an issue refunding the amount to my debit card. I then provided IBAN details etc. and a refund was promised. By when I enquired? "We don't know as refunds are being processed manually and these things take time" (or words to this effect!). As they had not refunded me within 14 days of my request. i made a complaint to Wise through their chargeback scheme. Wise refunded me as a gesture of goodwill and the case was closed. Sadly this means that Eurobikes are able to continue operating in this shady manner. Please, if you value your time and money avoid this seller. first time I have had to write a negative review on any platform about any business.

Avoid this company !! SCAM !!! AVOID !! Bought the item and after a month of incoherent responses cancelled the order. Then 2 months of dragging my feet for a refund which I never got back. Contacted my bank and finally got my money back !!

SOW25/7437 - Refund taking longer than promissed

Hello, i have bought an helmet for my girlfriend's birthday on the 1st of july and at the 20th of july i didn't get the helmet as advertised. I contacted the support and they answered telling that they didn't have the helmet on stock and if i wanted the refund. I told them that i wanted the refund and on the 23rd of july they sent an e-mail telling that they would refund me in 14 days. I am writting on the 9th of september and I still haven't received the refund. I already contacted them 4 times and the answer is always the same : we will get in touch with the accounting department. It has been more than a month since the they sent an e-mail telling that it would take 14 days to refund. The order code is SOW25/7437 so would you kindly refund the money as promissed?
