Customers frequently reported that the pricing was unfair, with high charges for minor overstays or for parking in poorly maintained locations. The service was consistently criticized for being unhelpful and unresponsive, particularly regarding appeals. Scum

Absolute filth. Got a parking fine for making a lorry delivery of roofing tiles to a Harvester pub. When my firm appealed it they were told I should have gone inside to register my registration number. The pub was closed for renovation at the time, so I would have had to break in to do so! They ignored this and issued the fine anyway.
Absolute crooks!

Concerns Regarding Euro Car Parks’ Management Standards

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the poor and confusing management of the Euro Car Parks site in Sutton Coldfield.

I was issued a parking charge after allegedly overstaying, but the signage on site was unclear and the parking terms appear to change without any prominent or adequate notice to motorists. Under basic consumer fairness principles and established parking guidance in the UK, any contractual terms must be clearly displayed and brought properly to the driver’s attention before enforcement can reasonably take place.

I raised the matter immediately and attempted to appeal in good faith, but this was rejected. More concerningly, the management company has been unable to provide clear photographic evidence showing the alleged contravention. It is difficult to accept enforcement where the terms are unclear and the supporting evidence is insufficient.

I respectfully urge Euro Car Parks to review this case properly and, more importantly, address the ongoing signage and management issues at this location as a matter of urgency. It is also deeply concerning that a company with such poor operational standards continues to manage so many car parks. This raises serious questions about oversight, accountability, and whether wider issues may be involved.

I hope the public and relevant authorities will pay closer attention to this matter.

1 Star is way too generous.

Absolutely shocking experience with Euro Car Parks.
I was issued a Parking Charge Notice (PCN 88811486025) despite the fact that I paid for parking and still have the ticket as proof. I even left early, using only half the time I actually paid for.
Ticket details: issued 20 March 2026 at 12:08, and I left around 12:38. I’ve kept the ticket and taken photos of it, so there is clear evidence that I paid and displayed it correctly.
To make matters worse, their appeal system doesn’t even work. Every time I tried to submit an appeal online, I was met with the message: “The details you entered were not recognised.” So not only are they issuing incorrect fines, but they’re also making it difficult to challenge them.
If they bothered to check their CCTV, they would clearly see me purchasing the ticket and placing it on my dashboard.
It’s incredibly frustrating and raises serious concerns about how many people are being wrongly charged. Not everyone will challenge this—some people will panic and just pay, which is unfair.
This needs addressing urgently. Poor systems, poor service, and completely unacceptable handling of customers.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. Parked in what I now know is a Euro Car Park in Bracknell, and was parked for 3 hours 20 minutes. I did not realise that the maximum stay was 3 hours as this was not signposted anywhere. Received a £100 fine in the post £60 if paid within 14 days). Maybe they should actually have signs telling you this as none of us saw anything. Absolutely disgusting as no doubt other people have been caught out like this!

Having parked up to do my shopping in…

Having parked up to do my shopping in the supermarkets designated carpark with no clear signs what you needed to do to or where to register your car or any charges. I got a letter through the post fining me £85 and if paid within 2 weeks £50. Couldn't find receipt so paid before the cost went up. Now found receipt and can't appeal as it's been paid. This company are behaving like threatening thieves.

Just avoid and get your steps in, lets make them bankrupt. 👍 💪

Just thought I would add to the overwhelmingly dreadful reviews of this equally dreadful, profiteering "company" that operates closer to a crime syndicate and is in desperate need of regulation. Was charged £20 for a keying error, thats it?? I provided all evidence of reciepts, and proof of payment, even went through an arduous appeals process for them to do everything they can to try and stick their punitive charge. They referenced court cases from 60 years ago that didn't even bear relevance to my case? I mean come on, what happened to providing for the customer, they will actively try to do everything they can to charge as much as possible you for human errors, its literally what their business model relies on, I'm now being charged £100 just for appealing, enjoy the money you absolute scumbags. I'll park miles away before ever going near one of your car parks again.

The only way I could describe this…

The only way I could describe this organisation is "PARASITIC RIP OFF MERCHANTS !!" I am a disabled driver with a valid blue badge, parked at Morrison car park at Aylesbury and got £100.00 fine for parking 2hours and 20 minutes. As far as I know, we are allowed 3 hours. Plain discrimination of disabled drivers, but also Morrison have lost 3 customers, as I always took my neighbour and my daughter shopping on regular basis. Shame on you!!!!

Absolutely disgusting impersonal…

Absolutely disgusting impersonal treatment by this faceless company. Brought my ticket, didn't overstay, still fined because the machine at the site failed to pick up the full registration that was keyed in! Correspondence from them was chaotic & eventually ended up paying £170 fine to debt collection agency

This has caused me serious financial stress this month

am disappointed with Euro Car Parks and will never use them again.

In just one week, I received three separate fines with no warning or clear communication. Each fine was £60, adding up to £180 — all because I overstayed by around 10 minutes. This feels completely unfair and excessive.

There was no understanding or consideration for my situation. It didn’t matter whether I could afford to pay or not — the fines just kept coming. This has caused me serious financial stress this month. That money should have been spent on my children, not on repeated parking penalties.

I strongly feel this company is only focused on taking money rather than treating customers fairly. I will never park in any of their car parks again.

Be aware. Be aware. Be aware.

Greedy Company

I suffered a medical emergency in a supermarket one day. It is very rare and caused me being taken to hospital in a hospital van. I had no choice but to leave my van at the carpark. I never expected a fine. A few days after the medical emergency I received the fine through the post and instantly appealed against the fine. A week or so I received a reply. They turned it down and wanted the money. The reason they gave for turning down the appeal was that they received no evidence of the medical emergency. This shocked me more than anything. The supermarket have witnesses of the emergency, the supermarket has CCTV footage, paramedics are witnesses, its on my NHS medical files, my doctors will tell them it happened. What evidence are they asking for? Its obvious they just want the money.

Awful.

Awful.
Payment machines not working so was unable to pay, got fined, appealed explaining the situation. Didn’t hear anything back then 3 months later the fine has tripled and handed over to a debt collection agency so no choice but to pay or get a CCJ. Will avoid these absolute scam artists at all costs from now on

2 tickets in 2 weeks no signage stating a euro car park ticket didn’t state euro car parks that was put up after my tickets where issued
First one paid but not full registration as had trouble with with machine keypad second one paid the correct amount again but only registered £1.40 instead of £2.00
