I used the car wash at Sanubary and stayed just 8 minutes over the free 30-minute limit. I even submitted bank proof of payment showing I was a genuine customer.

Euro Car Parks rejected my appeal anyway and demanded £50. No common sense, no fairness, no consideration for customers actually using the services on site.

This feels like a trap designed to issue fines rather than manage parking reasonably. Extremely poor experience and zero customer care.

Awful company 👎🏻

Awful. Overstayed by 11 minutes appealed with receipt to show I was in Morrisons doing my shopping. Appeal was turned down but went to my junk folder. Absolutely not one person to speak to. £100 fine for being 11 mins late and appealing with the shop receipt … awful company happy to leave this review and am telling as many people as I can 👎🏻

Avoid any euro car parks, robbers with no empathy

Been going to cineworld Chichester for over 20 years never had a problem, went for a McDonald’s before watching film, no notices about any parking changes, nothing about it in cinema, I am disabled and used a disabled bay, a week later I get a £100 fine, robbing people and I will never go to cineworld again, shame,

Thurrock Car Park. Dangerous pot holes.

Car Park Thurrock. State of the ground. Pot holes deeper than my foot everywhere. So many cars smashing into them. Disgusting. Been like this for ages. If you’re charging the earth to park then it really should be a safe place for our vehicles.

If i could give a minus rather than a 1…

If i could give a minus rather than a 1 I would. I parked in a car park run by these parasites to pick up a parcel from M&S. In there about 10 minutes then left. Returned the following day to pick up another parcel and stayed about 30 minutes. About a week later recieved a parking violation notice saying I'd parked in there for over 24 hours! Photo of me entering the 1st day and leaving the 2nd day!
Unknown to them they took a chance on the wrong person as I sent them evidence I had not been in the car park 24 hours. I picked up the parcels in my work lunch hour and the company I work for has cameras and PNCR readers for entering and exiting the company car park!!
No apology from Euro Car Parks when they e-mailed me 3 weeks later to say I'd been successful and they'd drop the charge notice!!
Just a warning to anyone using the same car parks 2 or 3 days in a row run by this lot. They will see this as a great way of sending you a parking violation notice and make money because they'll assume you wont be able to prove you left the car park!! If you can, try and record yourself driving out!! This awful company should be put out of business, they are disgusting

truly vile

A truly vile, parasitic company. I was ‘caught’ parking for 14 minutes longer than the allotted time and fined but my white, male colleague who parked longer received nothing. I challenged this and wrote to each of the directors but apparently it’s ok to not write back, not answer an appeal and put the fine up. Wrote to my mp and he ignored me as well so it’s just another stealth tax. Apparently this company was allowed because of the Supreme Court so another Blair horror. It’s companies like this which are making England an increasingly miserable place to live.

Scammers.
£100 fine. Proved I had paid. Said I had entered “K” as my registration so will drop the charge to £20

Can’t be a*sed with the hassle. So take my £20 robbers! Won’t park in one of their car parks ever again.
I suggest you don’t either.

You are not able to add parking time on…

You are not able to add parking time on to your visit even if you have not been there the maximum time, stating a "no returns policy" for the full amount of time only. You are not given 14 days to pay the reduced rate - it took over a week from the date of issue for the letter to reach me so I had only four days to pay the fine which was not advertised or fair in any way. You cannot call to raise a complaint, or even speak to anyone in a different department over the phone. It is a shame 0 stars isn't an option.

Caught out by these thieves

Caught out by these thieves! Didn’t realise you needed a ticket to park free to go to M&S at Dundee, I saw the up to 2 hours free from a distance and thought you needed a ticket for time over that. Came back to find I’d been slapped with a ticket after being parked 10 minutes. I didn’t pay it then months later I received a debt collection agency letter with £170 fine on it .. went from £60 to £170! Anyway I paid it as I read elsewhere, they double it each time you don’t pay, once it’s passed £600 they can take you to court etc. read so many stories about them why isn’t anything being done!!

⭐️ 1/5

⭐️ 1/5 – Disappointing customer service and unfair penalties (Fiveways, Birmingham)

I regularly park at Euro Car Parks – Fiveways, Birmingham around three times a week, and it’s honestly the cheapest option in Birmingham City Centre — which is why I still use it.

However, my experience with their enforcement and customer service has been really poor.

Twice, I received Parking Charge Notices claiming I didn’t pay, even though I paid using their app. The app sometimes malfunctions, but in both cases, money was taken from my bank account. I appealed the first notice and submitted screenshots from the app as evidence. About a week (or 10 days) later, I received another notice for the exact same issue, and I appealed again — same evidence, same explanation.

Both appeals were rejected. Their response was simply that their records show no payment, and they stated that my bank evidence “doesn’t prove” the payment was for my vehicle. I understand their technical point — but as a frequent customer, it’s frustrating and frankly insulting to be treated like I’d create this situation just to save £7.90. It makes no sense.

They did mention escalation to an independent appeals body, but the process felt like a gamble: if I lost, I’d pay the full penalty, so in the end, I was exhausted and just paid both charges at the reduced rate.

Since then, they’ve installed two new machines, and I now use those instead of the app. I also send the receipt to my phone and re-enter my registration to double-check the system has recorded the payment. So far, no issues — but I shouldn’t have had to learn the hard way after paying two penalties.

Overall, the parking location is convenient and affordable, but the experience felt like extortion, and the customer service was completely unhelpful. That’s why this gets 1 star from me.

Didn't even read the appeal

Didn't even read the appeal! I was lost and pulled in to a hotel car park for safety. I reset my sat nav and went on my journey. I was parked 9 minutes and never left the car. The appeal reply clearly never read the appeal and just demanded money for parking without paying ? Just another greedy car park company.

I had a medical emergency one day and was bleeding out in the car park. when i appealed i told them i had a traumatic medical event, i attached with evidence of blood on the pavement of car park ( puddles of blood) and hospital medical summary. This was not enough and they rejected my appeal. I never went further as i didn't want to keep recalling that horrible event and wanted to just move on from it. So good luck anyone appealing tickets with this scam company

absolute scam merchants

absolute scam merchants. I stay at green gate central manchester and get there in the evening. The machine was dimly lit and extremely confusing to operate i end up paying for 4 hours and not 24. I proactively try to pay the next morning, the support is not helpful at all an extremely rude reply saying that if it wasn't paid there and then, they don't wanna hear it even though its a matter of £4 extra which i would obviously be happy to pay if i contact them. So due to their lack of customer support I end up having to wait for my fine. EVEN BETTER, they end up sending the notice past the discounted period. so I can't even pay the discounted value. At this point I want to set up an appeal since there's absolutely no harm in it, go the the euro car parks website, click appeal. fill in my details and continue. it then takes me to the page to pay for PCN, I'm thinking because they will refund me afterwards and after this page they will let me submit all the evidence of all communications, pictures, stamp of the letter arriving late. NO it pays and closes it, I can't appeal. Complete circus they are manipulative and I can't even do anything about it.

Unclear signs in the parking!

I have parked and changed the car at Co-op Burnham on the water at Pod Point.
In front of the parking place it was a parking sign posted by Euro Car Parks stating crystal clear that the Maximum stay is 120 minutes for the cars which are charging. There were other signs for Co-op customers maximum stay is 90 minutes.
I have left after 1 hour and 40 minutes (100 minutes) and I have received a fine on 7 January 2026 mentioning that I have overstayed the maximum period of time of 90 minutes.
It seems that they are unable to manage their parking places and giving fine to people how they want.
