Received a fine for parking at the…
Received a fine for parking at the Marks and Spencer Tamworth. Spent good money in the store and had lunch too. I blame M&S as much as Euro Parks, if they want custom they should increase the time limit before an extortionate fine is issued.
Won’t be visiting M&S here again!
Euro Car Parks are bunch of thieves
I parked in Eden Car Park High Wycombe and after a visit to the town to meet up with a friend I went to the kiosk to pay . After the 3rd attempt to pay the kiosk displayed ‘payment authorised’ I proceeded to the barrier and the barrier failed to go up. I pressed the help button on barrier explained I paid and waited for 2 minutes and the lad at the other end of intercom proceeded to lift the barrier so I could exit . 3 weeks later a 100 quid fine landed on my door step. I contested this advising that I’d paid and that there systems and processes had failed . I received a standard response letter stating my appeal had been rejected .
Low and behold a week ago I went to the same car park this time after paying I put my number in the kiosk for receipt on receiving the text message I noticed there was a payment receipt for the day Euro Car Park had stated I didn’t pay !
It’s clear to me now they never looked into my appeal to check if I had attempted to pay, which they could have easily done . They are nothing but liars and thieves attempting defraud car park users out of their hard earned cash .
I will be writing back to them to contest the original penalty.
How many other people have they duped and defrauded out of money ? I dread to think ! Bunch of liars and thieves!!
Mrs Rita Tucker and Mr Barry Tucker are Euro Car Park Ltd
Mrs Rita Tucker and Mr Barry Tucker are the infamous owners of Euro Car Park Ltd (through their holding company ECP (HOLDINGS) PLC. I dropped a friend at the Hilton in Gatwick currently managed by Euro Car Parks Ltd. I stayed 3 minutes and they sent me a £100 fine. I have now written to the CEO of Hilton in the USA to highlight to him how the two above are spoling the Hilton hotels experience. I will of course not pay this non-sense PCN.

CEO Jon Russell (based in Sidmouth, Devon) leads one of the most shameless companies in the country. Obviously his sole interest is his own enrichment so that judgement by the Regulator will be of no concern to him.

Issues a CSJ for fine and ruined my credit score. I had paid for a ticket in Manchester. I later found the receipt in a email. Euro car parks rejected my request to provide proof I had paid for parking. Disgusting company.
CRIMINALS
Website wouldn't allow me to pay to park, tried various times, even on my mothers phone. NOTHING. Screen recorded the evidence in case I was fined. I managed to pay a few hours later and thought all was good. Received a fine a couple of weeks later, appealed it proving I had paid for a full days parking, would not let me attach a screen recording as evidence (FUNNY THAT). My appeal was refused because I didn't pay upon arrival. Seems this company does not use common sense or have any morals. So I paid my £8.60 to park all day and they still fined me £60. I did the right thing and paid as soon as I was able and still received a fine. Will never use euro car parks again out of principle. ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They are fraudsters who hind behind poorly written regulation.
I made an unknown keying error when I used one of their car park pay machines, after the payment app didn't work. I then received a PCN through the post, which I appealed as I thought I had paid. I received an email rejection of my appeal, which had a few errors in it, but also didn't state that I had made a keying error.
I then appeal based on the information as I understood it to POPLA. Which was rejected. I then became clear why my appeals were rejected, but now it is too late and I must pay the £100 fine, on top of the £18.40 fee I have already paid. That amounts to a £100 fine for overstaying in a car park for 29 minutes. Most of which was spent trying to make a payment on their app system!
Dunnes cornelscourt
Super parking attendant in Dunnes stores Cornelscourt today, 1st time i have actually seen them help people find a parking space! Very friendly lad, makes a difference, normally a moody person not intrested in his job!!!
Fight Them - Don't Pay
Tried to fine me for overstay at car park with lack of signage that we didn't see at all.
They soon got DCBL to try and extort the money. They threatened court.
Heard from the court and filed a defence. Info available on net to help you.
As the court date approached They offered deals, e.g. £100 instead of £240 if they won the case.
I was confident of beating them in court and told them I would counter-claim for petrol and time spent returning to the site to photograph signage.
Three months from the court date, they withdrew the claim, so nothing for me to pay and court was cancelled.
Moral of the story: fight these a-holes, put together a solid defence - there's a lot of online help.
When we all stick together and fight we can stop these money grabbers from making peoples lives a misery.
Bad experience
Could not pay parking fee due, got a message on phone saying there was an error on their side. Twelve days later I get a £60 fine. I notice that they don't respond to their many one star reviews.
Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful. Issued a parking charge for being 2 minutes late while my wife was with two small children. No common sense, no humanity. We appealed with a clear explanation and they rejected it without a second thought. This company exists purely to trap people, not to manage parking fairly. Avoid at all costs. This is not parking management, it’s legalised scamming. A 2-minute delay resulted in a charge even after explaining my wife had two small children with her. Appeal rejected automatically. No human review, no fairness. They should be investigated.
Disgusting company that preys on…
Disgusting company that preys on unsuspecting customers. I used the car wash, petrol and bought food at MFG Cricklewood and they slapped me £170 for staying 2 minutes over 20 minutes. Horrible company
Zero star- lawfully doing Fraud- money grabbing- Authorities take Notice!
I'm only giving one star because there was no option for Zero. Actually Euro Car Parks should be zero star. Company is rubbish, its website is rubbish its even online service is rubbish. Don't mention how they Issue PCNs. There is no logic and reason for issuing PCN but they do and when you try to appeal,(which they have to give right of appeal by law) they provide only five lines space(on-line) for explaining why you want to contest. There is option to send written appeal by post, which is did. There is no way to contact them. The number they provide is just an automated service and tell you to go on line. Ther is no option so i can get a confirmation that they have received my appeal letter. They know exactly how to use loop holes, cheat and make money.
And I'm afraid that they might say they have not received any appeal letter and make payment of £100 which initially was £60. Even council only charges £30.
This company Euro Car Parks is doing Fraud by using loop holes in law.
Authorities please take notice!
I had such a horrible experience with…
I had such a horrible experience with the “Euro Car Parts” fine ticket system. I logged a complaint as a support worker stated my reason and l was still ignored and was informed l should have scanned my shopping receipt at the kiosk . Avoid parking your cars at these locations they are out to rip people money.
EURO CAR PARKS is a scammer
EURO CAR PARKS is a scammer. They don't even worth 1-star if reviewers is given a choice of zero star.
Stay clear of any of their car parks
Stay clear of any of their car parks. This company use many tricks to issue fines instead of providing any actual services. There's no customer service and no one to speak with. Difficult to use the service as RingGo app custantly shows error when making payment. For any supermarket using this company to operate your shops, I WILL NOT BE YOUR CUSTOMER ANYMORE.
