To every one who wants to use this shop, please avoid. I got price on the phone 200€ I traveled all over Dublin sitting in traffic 2 hours, wen i arrive some smart foreigner guy told me 350€ I was there customer for years and the they treated me like rubbish. I will never ever use them again.

Very slow to answer phones. Products overpriced. Staff not interested. Bad service .

Would never buy anything off them in limerck the man behind the counter who calls himself a manager Adam would want to away and learn how to treat customers how's he is able to get away with the way he talks to people is all i got out of him was OK OK OK OK OK OK never again 👍

The person who answered the phone wasn't the most friendly person to deal with, very short on his answers on the part I was looking for and didn't help when asked on sourcing the part elsewhere. Won't be using them again.

I was looking for a mirror wing indicator for my 2019 Micra and I found the best price on Eurocarparts.ie. I browsed a lot on the web and it was absolutely the best price I could find. The only websites offering less were charging a lot for the shipment. I went for the Click & Collect option and the part was immediately available at the shop. I collected the part at the Cork store and the staff was friendly and professional. Overall a very good experience.

I bought parts of there website , and sold the wrong fan belt for my transit van , it did fit on my van just about, it end up doing crankshaft pulley in , I will not be buying from this company again, I have spent a lot of money with this company, a lot of parts are brands I’ve never herd of for a very high price

I ordered some parts for collection to the Galway branch, notified them that I wouldn't be able to collect them within 48 hours and asked if they could keep them there until I could collect a few days later on Saturday of the same week, and was assured that they would be kept for me. I then went to collect the parts today and they aren't there anymore, and all i get in response is "we only keep the parts for 48 hours" repeated to me by a rude old Irish man.

Avoid at all costs , customer service and products are the worst I ever experienced, Had to call police to store to eventually get a refund for a faulty product that was purchased the day before , I ended up purchasing from micksgarage.com where I should have gone in the first place who sell quality products and treat their customers with respect .

Never got the opportunity to purchase from Eurocarparts as their online website prices are extortionate. Example: Bosch Aerotwin Wipers, A955S cost an eye watering €89. These are €49 in Halfords, or £26 on Amazon. Mann oil filter HU 816, €17.60 from Euro Car Parts, €10.10 from Irish Auto Parts. Just two examples but it's always the same...huge markup over other suppliers. Surprised they are still in business.

Have dealt with Europarts Nenagh a lot and the customer service is fantastic and staff are very helpful and polite. Well done to all 👍😄

Can't fault the lads in the Nenagh store, very helpful and the young man behind the counter Jerry, I think his name is, knows his stuff and is very friendly

Stay away from euro car parts I bought a wishbone/ball joint for my 2015 astra j about 6 months ago it failed the NCT sat 19/6/21 on that ball joint very little millage on good road's no joy from euro car parts they do not stand over what they sell
The guys in the NCT center said it's in a bad way

I got a response from euro car parts someone called Chloe emailed me and said that they would call me between 10 and 11 tue the 22nd still waiting for the call why am I not supprised Mick's garage from here on out I think and it's a pity I got ALOT of stuff from euro car parts in the past and never had a problem
Customer service contacted me again to say that they are unable to call me as they are having problems with their phone lines 🤣🤣 can I send them my invoice and deal through email

still waiting for a simple socket since April despite numerous times contacting them !

Ordered stuff 25 days ago received part of the order and still have yet to receive the rest emailed the customer service with no response absolutely shocking service from them, really discgraceful

Ordered a part on 09/04/20. Payment taken by credit card on 13/04/20. Acknowledgement same date with order number. 3 weeks later still no part. Sent them several emails but only got auto response. Rang them 3 times, each time was promised refund within 14 days.
Eventually wrote to CEO but no reply. Refund eventually arrived today. Dreadful company, don’t go near them.
