Have made 2 orders in the last couple of weeks.
For both orders I made sure the website said they were in stock before buying.
1st order arrived minus a set of Allen keys. The invoice just saying 'to follow' next to it with no explanation as to why it was not packed and no indication of when the missing piece would arrive.
2nd order again made sure all was in stock according to website. I paid for order and then the next day recieve a vague email saying how they try to do right but every so often they make a mistake and one if the products I ordered was out of stock and had been back ordered. They didn't bother to tell me which part of the order was not in stock nor was their any mention of refunding me as they had advertised an item in stock but did not actually have it at all.
It appears to be a policy to advertise items in stock, get customers to pay and then tell them.the item was actually out of stock in the first place.

BUT WAIT THERES MORE!

My 2nd order had a crimping tool as part of it. And this was shipped but they neglected to put the tool in the pancake instead just putting in the backing card package that the tool should have been attached to. So no crimping tool for me despite them.considering it delivered.

Customer service does not exist. No response to tweets, no response to emails, no response to 'contact us' form despite it opening a customer care ticket, phone cuts off after waiting ages and online chat suspiciously cuts out as you draw close to be able to speak to an operator.

Shambolic is one of many words I could use to describe this lot.

PayPal dispute being opened as I have as much hope of getting through to them as I do of seeing that 100 million of the Nigerian Prince!

One star is way too much of a rating!
Absolutely appalling service - after the loss of my part by the shockingly bad courier dpd that Eurocarparts entrusts to safely delivers its parts (as confirmed by 2000+ reviews on Trustpilot) the only interest shown by customer services was that Eurocarparts wasn`t going to be held accountable for the loss of the value of the lost part until dpd admitted to its loss, in the mean time there was no interest shown to the customer who was left with a VOR whilst waiting for the part indeed there was no interest shown to provide a replacement part as though the customer had been in some way responsible and had taken delivery of the part.

I was left to source a part from another supplier with more delay - thanks Eurocarparts for your assistance!

I was informed by Eurocarparts that the part had been delivered to and signed for by a "Jack Watts" and I confirmed that there was no-one of that name at my address or even known to me but this was of no consequence!

I had to deal with 9 employees by telephone at my expense, one email request was ignored and then after a further email it took in total 10 days to get my money refunded!

Eurocarparts claims " We want all Euro Car Parts customers to be extremely satisfied with the goods and service(s) we provide."

What absolute rubbish nothing could be further from the truth!

Amature run business. Non existant support system. No one really wants to help, no one wants to take ownership. Will not be using again.

Bought car speakers online, needed some clarification on the price I was charged. Contacted them through their website by email and live chat several times, also tried by phone, but to no avail, they made no attempt to answer my query. Very, very poor even non existent customer service.
