Glenview Retreats came to install my garden room as a subcontractor of Eurocell.
Initially booked in to arrive on Monday 24th November, there was a no show that day - without any communication from either Glenview or Eurocell. They arrived instead on Tuesday 25th. The 3 guys worked until the Friday lunchtime, despite taking at least 1.5 hour lunch breaks each day, they left without completing the installation due to lack of time!!! The inside of the room and my garden were left in an absolute mess, half empty bottles of juice and debris littered all over the place. My wife and I had to clean up after them.
They then could not offer a time or date when they would complete the installation, as they were moving onto their next Installation in Inverness the following week.
An electrician appeared, unannounced, on the Saturday morning, to connect the room up to the mains in my house. The electrical supply to the room cannot be isolated remotely without removing the supply authority fuse that feeds both my house and my next door neighbour, this is illegal.
There is also no test certificate for the electrical installation they carried out.
I have been in touch with the Eurocell project manager to discuss, he arranged for the garden room building works to be completed on Friday 5th December, which did happen, and promised that the electrician would return on 10th December to complete the electrical works. Another no show
We now have an electrically unsafe garden room, with large items of furniture having now been delivered.
Its starting to look like I will need to get someone else to complete the electrical works for me at my own cost, despite paying Eurocell directly for the complete package, including 1st and 2nd fix on the electrical works.
I would advise the Eurocell team to provide better communication and reconsider their use of the Glenview Retreats installation team.

Delivery was within 5 days of order. No contact on estimated day or time, so lucky I was at home when they turned up. However they delivered products to where I wanted them, which was really good. Would be 5 stars if contact had been made. Would recommend.
