Usually pay in store but found online so simple will do online in the future

Order ready on time at a reasonable cost!

Very helpful and very cheerful. The delivery driver was very obliging and offered to help put the items where we wanted. Although we declined the offer it was very nice for im to ask.

Order still not arrived.

Very poor customer service

Whenever I've used eurocell either in store (alfreton branch) or online they have been absolutely spot on. Really helpful, always giving good advice, been efficient and resolved any delivery issues with haste. I always see these as my GO TO supplier whether for small or large purchases they have always supplied the same great service. The products are also worth the money and look great!. Keep up the good work and thank you.

I tried to collect my click and collect order after 3 days after my purchase, I was told that the item that they did give me was back stock and had to walk away without my order. 2 weeks later I chanced my luck to see if my order would be there for collection, I did not receive any email from sales as it states if stock is not available. Poor customer service

After placing my order online, I was told someone would be in touch within 3 working days to arrange delivery but after 4 days No one had contacted me to arrange a delivery day, I had to chase it 3 times.
Then my order arrived a day earlier than I was told it would (luckily I was in) and the order arrived incorrect/incomplete.
I refused to sign for the delivery until it was rectified which it was within a couple of hours. I did receive a phone call to advise me that it was being sent back out but unfortunately no apology! Very disappointed with the customer service or should I say lack of it!

told one thing for another thing to happen so we let our customer down again based on info from eurocell customer service and stop send these review to me as request over a dozen time and a dozen time you have said that you will not send any more out i am a production manger not your sales influencer.

Easy to order but then found product was no longer available, issue resolved by supplying an alternative.

Good product, delivered on time, very caring driver, moved it all into the garage for me after putting it on the drive when I didn't hear him at the door straight away. (Disabled) Top guy! 👍

Fast service and friendly staff

Very good product could buy cheaper from other suppliers delivery ridiculous over a week to deliver and I only live 5 minutes away no delivery time I had to ring you for delivery time

Still waiting for the delivery company to let me know when Iam going to get the fencing. Told it would be in 3 working days it is now 5 days

I think Eurocell is very good because they responded to emails promptly when I telephoned they were polite and responsive and dealt with my enquiry promptly with prompt delivery the bonus is the product is great having just fitted 13 windows with Eurocell profile

We find it easy enough to login and use the quick order section. On doing this you have to put in Eurocells code and there is a drop down to pick your particular colour. Sometimes the colour you want isnt there even if you want white 150mm cill the white isnt there to chose so you spend all your time trying to find it for example.
