excellent products at a reasonable price plus good customer service thank you.

Whilst quick & easy to place order (online only), wasn't that easy to speak to anyone about technical detail clarification, without going to the depot. Therefore lack of personal contact cast doubts why. However, decided to trust to luck & ordered anyway.

Item arrived a week late then only received in part. Was informed rest would be delivered next day this was 6 days ago and still waiting!

I have contacted them on phone occasions to receive no update and informed will be contacted but never have been.

Q I ordered a product with dimensions of 445x 150 mm. When receiving the item, the service gave me an item with completely different dimensions, claiming that I was mistaken. The mistake is the website of this manufacturer. On the website and on the bill the dimensions were 445 x 150, not 800 x 10 as it turned out on the spot. Waste of time

Ordered they rang about delivery and then delivered when they said they would spot on

I ordered cladding yesterday afternoon on amazon. It said 4-7days delivery. It was here within 24 hours. Delivered by a young man called kieran who was VERY cheerful and helpful and carried my order to my porch way. The product was exceptionally cheap and good quality. I will need more in the future and will DEFINATLY be using them again.

Been into order a door today in Doncaster at sandalls stone road, Mitchell was very informative, he knew his products & his customer service was amazing! A great asset to your company & I will definitely recommend.

My order was delivered as expected and all the items wer6e present and in good condition, wrapped tp protect them form the weather. The delivery driver was pleasant and polite and helpfully stored my items in the place which I indicated. Full marks!

great communication, couldn't get what i ordered so upgraded me to a better solution at no extra cost.

Ordered goods on 6th May told i would receive goods 15th may goods did not arrive was told head office sent the wrong goods. I rang 22nd May I was told goods were on the van. Goods not arrived rang again but office closed.

Item ok but customer service was awful by one individual. Rude and unhelpful.
2nd guy was cheery and helpful, shame such a nice guy has to spend his days with a mood hoover.
