Went in today to pick up some cladding.. the guy who served me could do with a bit of customer service training. The guy that cut my cladding,so I could get it into the back of my car needs to be left alone while he’s completing one job at a time poor fella.

Service is always slow
Service is always slow - I go in there often, often there is a phone ringing with no one answering it. There seems to be enough staff about but there is no urgency to get customers served.
