Needed help placing an order from the Gateshead branch and received fantastic customer service from beginning to end from Stephanie. She walked me through the order, made a couple of fantastically helpful suggestions (to save me money) and then arranged
for next day delivery. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them again for future orders

I have visited 3 times in the last 3 weeks and have enjoyed great service from Andrew, Paul & today with Clive Heslop.
They are all very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable and looked after me and I was very satisfied with my experience in dealing with Eurocell Gateshead.

Delivery was on time and conducted with care, the product (upvc external cladding was good quality and very easy to use.

What a pleasure to receive service from staff members that are so well-informed, professional and so willing to help in every way!! They gave me technical advice on my purchase, which I was both surprised and delighted to receive and which I know will save me a lot of trouble in the future: things I could never have known without drawing on their experience and I had the sense they were just trying their very best to help me in every possible way with my purchase. They also helped me prepare the items for transport and insisted on carrying them to the car.
It is great to encounter such genuine people and they are a credit to Eurocell.
Can't thank them enough and when you consider how competitive Eurocell's prices are and then discover how friendly and genuinely helpful their staff are, it makes you wonder why shop anywhere else for such products?

The speed of delivery and quality of the goods. I placed the order online at 8.30am and was told it would be 3 days for delivery. At 11am on the same day of placing the order the items were delivered

Brilliant service , they rang me to double check colour as the description graphite can be misleading (not dark grey) they swapped over colours and sorted me out with no fuss and friendly service. Free easy delivery and the product is high quality

I used this business for the first time in April 2023. I purchased upvc skirting boards and adhesive. I was attended to by Andrew Coleby who has outstanding customer service and fully explained how I need to fix them to wall etc. He showed me the product before I purchased and discussed any queries with me. Extremely patient going through everything. He arranged prompt delivery the next day, without any problem at all. I can fully recommend using this company and particularly this branch. Excellent service received. Not yet fitted them as a few delays my end but am confident they will look great.
