Ordering process online was straightforward, showing all items in stock for delivery. Order acknowledgement advised we would be contacted within 3 business days to arrange delivery date. However, it took over 7 working days, with me emailing twice for updates and still no contact regarding delivery received. I telephoned to enquire and was transferred to my local depot, Swansea. Carl at Swansea immediately checked the items ordered and although one product was out of stock, promised to sort the issue out and get everything delivered the following morning. Carl telephoned the following day advising my order was on its way and I received everything at 9.00am. Both Carl and the young lady who delivered my order could not have been more friendly and helpful. Only 3 stars due to the time delay, service from Swansea would be 5 stars. Products and prices both very good. Would use eurocell again, but possibly just go to the depot and collect if possible.

Didn’t get any communication about delivery time or day.
Emailed customer support and got no reply .
Then they delivered it to the wrong address and I had to go and get it

I think Eurocell produces a very good product because its a recycled, quality product at a reasonable price with good delivery.

The main thing that made my recent purchase of cladding exceptional was the help and cheerfulness of the assistant. He definitely went above and beyond what you would normally expect and I really wish I could tell you his name as I would recommend him any time.

I think Eurocell is very good because I always find the staff at the Swansea branch very helpful & friendly. The store is always clean and tidy with displays easy to access. Prices at Eurocell are very competitive compared to other pvc product providers, and in most cases cheaper. The quality of products at Eurocell is by far a higher standard. Eurocell are my first choice every time, whether it be for large items or just a tube of silicon.
