Would have liked to give 5 stars but no internal corners to suit 100 mm chamfered white skirting in stock /have ordered up the 150 mm internal corners with a hope I can cut them down.
Would be nice if description indicated suitability for both sizes.

Ordered some fencing on 10th June, to do a job the next week. Didn't here anything from them so emailed on 15th June to see where order was, no response so emailed again on 16th, got a response on 18th of June for branch to contact me for delivery date. Finally got a phone call on 22nd June to say would deliver later that day.
Not very impressed with either communication or delivery date, 12 days is far too long. Actual product is great and "does what it says on the tin".

Eurocell products are perfect for my property renovation needs. They are super easy to cut and fit and very reasonably priced. I received exceptional customer service at Chelmsford branch. Paul and Stacey are both lovely, helpful people! Thank you!! I truly appreciated their advice on the appropriate cutting tool, adhesive and fixings. Free delivery was a bonus too.

Card machine wasn’t working. Had to order online whilst in the store and then when I had ordered I found that I didn’t need one part and asked if I could get a refund and was told that I couldn’t because it was an online order. Service wasn’t great also so not a very good experience overall.
Eurocell customer service contacted me to resolve my issues and refund for the parts I didn’t need. I’m happy to update my review based on the follow up experience.

Ordered online, turned up to collect and staff could not locate order. They said they don’t use order numbers despite having an order number on my confirmation email!

At least the staff member used some common sense and issued me the parts I had ordered though based on my email order.

Excellent online service and then after care with staff at main depot/office for pick up. Price of item very competitive and mainly in stock for next day collection.
Staff helped to put item into vehicle and were very friendly with good communication throughout.

No issues with branch or products would have been 5 star but online ordering is a mission and slow. I tend to order of an evening as busy in daytime.

I think Eurocell is good because they help check the other to ensure the panels and trims work together and advise the customer accordingly to avoid any issue with installing

We had a garden room installed care of Robin Iles and the EWB Team, from order to delivery took a week, materials arrived on Monday, installation took place on Wednesday, and the guys were very professional throughout.

A very easily accessible location very helpful staff an excellent product. It’s a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

Paul went above and beyond to arrange a broken window during transit, to get it remade and delivered within 1 week, whilst our window fitters were on site. Very professional and excellent customer service. Good quality windows and doors. Would definitely recommend Eurocell Gloucester!
