Do not trust what they say
Euro COC specifically told me that they had a COC available for my vehicle. I asked them to check again, and they said a COC was definitely available. I then paid and was subsequently advised that NO COC was available. By this time, I had lost money due to exchange rates and bank charges on foreign currency. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY as they are quick-buck merchants with no customer service

In general, if a COC is not available and the order must be cancelled, we always refund the full amount exactly as it was received in our account, so the customer does not lose money. If this was not the case for you, we would like to verify it.
Please send us an email with your order number and any additional details (e.g., the amounts charged and any bank/exchange-rate information shown on your side).
Regarding COC availability, it can sometimes only be confirmed definitively after a final verification step. We will of course review the information provided for your vehicle, but please note that we cannot influence the availability of a COC, as it depends solely on the vehicle.
