Top service and honesty
I'm very happy with the service I received from EUROCOC. I ordered my digital COC and they sent it to me right away. During the inspection in Switzerland, they asked for the original physical copy, so I ordered it again (and obviously paid for it again), this time in physical format. Well, when they saw the order, they told me they already had the certificate at their office and that I didn't need to pay for it again; they could send it to me without any problem. I received the certificate in few days, and they refunded the money for the second order! Not all companies do that! Thank you so much!!

the service is very expensive but the delivery is good
the service is very expensive because it cost me 267 euros a duplicate of a document. Having said this all the companies that priced this service are equally expensive. I think they all abuse charging so much money for a piece of paper. Apart of the price the they delivered the document on the date they told me when I contracted the service. So the service was good

False advertising and failure to provide paid services.
This company is a bunch of petty scammers. The scheme is very simple. If your car is made for the European market, then they will really provide you with a COC for your car for your money. It's a different matter if your car is made in America, Japan, Korea, or China for their market. This car is not in the electronic database and does not have a European COC. This was the case with my Toyota car, made in China for its market. I received a positive response to my initial request that an COC does exist, and I need to pay for the order and they will send me an SOS that does not exist. But I don't know about this, and I pay for the order. A few days later I receive a refusal to receive an SOS, and the money will be returned to me. But the return is not immediate, but within 14 business days. But it is still unknown whether the money will be returned within the specified period, there are no sanctions for non-return. So the fraud is that they deceive their clients, promise to perform a service after payment, which is impossible, and use the transferred money for free for half a month, or maybe more. They get a free loan. Dear Sirs, if your car is not made in Europe, do not send them money under any circumstances, they will deceive you.

The Certificate of Conformity (COC) is an official European document that only exists for vehicles manufactured for the European market. Unfortunately, vehicles produced for other markets (such as the U.S., Japan, Korea, or China) are not compliant with EU regulations, and therefore a European COC cannot be issued for them. This information is clearly available on our website during the VIN check process as well as in our FAQ section.
In your case, since your vehicle was manufactured for the Chinese market, it is not possible to obtain a European COC. We understand this may be disappointing, but the availability of the certificate depends entirely on the origin and compliance of the vehicle, which is outside of our control.
Regarding your payment, our finance department guarantees a refund within 14 business days. In practice, we always strive to process refunds as quickly as possible.
After identifying your order, we confirm that we have refunded your payment to the account from which you paid last week on September 5, 2025, and we are sending you an additional confirmation of the refunded payment.
We regret that your experience led to a negative impression, as we want to provide transparent and reliable service. Unfortunately, the eligibility of a vehicle for a COC is determined solely by its compliance with EU standards we are not able to influence.
