SCAM

i was surprised by what they are offering on the website and what they are sending to people, never again would buy from this website again, I was so embarrassed of what my friend received on her b-day. they just scamming people

Don’t order from euroflorist

My suggest: DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and they didn’t delivered. They’re customers service not writing back. Save your nerves and order from other companies.

More than 60$ for rubish

I paid more than 60$ for a next day delivery, they were late for 3 days, you can imagine what happens to fresh flowers for such a long time, it was an embarrassment.

I was embarrased by this company

I paid for the best bouquet of flowers and I was embarrassed because the delivery was done within three days, flowers were in very bad condition, I suggest you never work with this company or you will have a nightmare. They never reply to your complaints, they just send auto messages which makes you more angry... it was an extremely bad experience, never again.

Do NOT use this company – unreliable and completely unprofessional

I ordered flowers today from Euroflorist in Germany and paid €40 for a same-day delivery (which costs over 7€ just for delivery), trusting their guarantee that the bouquet would arrive by 8 PM. The order status stayed stuck on "Finishing up the preparations" the entire day, and the flowers were never delivered.

This was meant to be a special, time-sensitive gift—after today, the recipient would no longer be at that address. The missed delivery completely ruined the purpose of the order.

To make matters worse, their customer service is practically non-existent. Chat is only available for two hours (10–12 AM), and email support is limited to 9–5 PM, which is absolutely ridiculous for a service that runs late into the evening and advertises same-day delivery.

After reading other reviews, I realized this is a common issue and not a one-off experience. Euroflorist clearly cannot be trusted to fulfill their promises or to handle customer concerns in any reasonable way.

Avoid this company at all costs. Don’t waste your money or trust on a service that does not deliver—literally.

Poor value for money spent

Poor value for money spent. Bought flowers for mother’s day ordered large bouquet costing over £30 with delivery. Bouquet not large could of just gone to a supermarket and got a better bouquet for less money

Ordered a delivery of flowers which…

Ordered a delivery of flowers which didn’t arrive. No one from euroflorist bothered to tell me that my delivery had failed . I noticed through their shipment tracker that they seem to subcontract their delivery out to DHL. When this indicates that your delivery is about to be made, it appears to immediately default to ‘delivery could not be made’. My mum will have to pick up flowers from some sort of collection point.

never order here!

We ordered some flower for a friend birthday in netherland.
first of all the flowers we chose were different from the photos on the website, and yet we accept this as flowers changing everyday and availability could change too.
but then we asked for a nice greeting card as well as nice wrapping paper around the flowers, but to our surprise there was no card and no luxus paper as they call it on their website. We paid extra 6 dollars for these and yet we saw only a plastic wrapped around the flowers something you would get at a supermarket.
Then we were quite embarrassed that such bad design and bad quality was delivered to a friend. we wrote to the customer service and they wrote back arrogantly that they would not accept our complain and it is what it is!
we were quite shocked by this customer service behaviour and despite writing back and force they didn't accept nor apologizes.
So definitely we never order from them and i encourage everyone to order somewhere else which can be trusted more!

Do not order - unreliable

Ordered for my friend's birthday. Order did not arrive, I had to follow up the following day and they said they would send my order as soon as possible. Then cancelled my order.

I placed order with order number DE21971756 on 7th march to wish women's day which is on 8th march but the flowers they delivered on 10th March. 2 days after I want to give...also the flowers is so different than photo and very small in size and some flowers are missing and not even fresh at all....very disappointing

2 days late and much smaller than on photos

Flowers look very different from the photo (even when accounted for blooming, the general composition and size are much smaller than advertised).
Order was placed in advance, with delivery date 8th of March. But the flowers were delivered only on the 10th of march, which is a huge disappointment when you order for a specific date/celebration (and if the company knows of regular delays or inability to deliver on weekends, it should not offer date slots on those dates!). And no one contacted me about the delay. Chat bot only kept saying that if I have questions, I should contact customer service, who don't work on the weekends... All in all a very disappointing experience, mostly because of non-delivery on time, but also the quality this time is disappointing.

Says Delivered but Undelivered

I placed an order with order number DE21950810-1 appears to have been delivered today by DPD. However, when I contacted the delivery location, I was informed that the shipment was not received.
When I called DPD and inquired about the shipment, they said they could not do anything.
The recipient's last day at the delivery address is in two days.

Edit: Customer service reached out to me and I got my refund.

You can never reach them and you never…

You can never reach them and you never get an answer, a very irresponsible company. It is stale and unbecoming for Europe, I have not received an answer for 2 days, they have not delivered my order, I want a refund, there is no answer. Never order for Germany

I’ve used Euroflothis experience made me start looking for other optionsrist several times

I’ve used Euroflorist several times, and usually, the service is great. However, I was really disappointed when I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day, and they never arrived. To make matters worse, I didn’t hear anything from customer service for four weeks, despite reaching out multiple times. When you’re relying on a service for special occasions, communication is key, and unfortunately, this experience made me start looking for other options.

I ordered flowers through this service…

I ordered flowers through this service from another country to congratulate a loved one. I provided a message in Armenian for the card. However, the company didn’t bother to check or clarify the text with me. Instead, they just copied it incorrectly, and the card ended up filled with random symbols and question marks!

From the moment I placed the order until delivery, not a single employee cared to verify what was written on the card. Apparently, they think it’s perfectly fine for a heartfelt message to look like a bunch of meaningless characters. As a result, the recipient had no idea who sent the gift or what the message was, completely ruining the surprise!

On top of that, the packaging was cheap and didn’t match the promised quality at all. I strongly do not recommend this service! If you care about your gift being handled with attention and respect, look for another company.

I very disappointed with the service

I very disappointed with the service.

First, the website guarantees same-day delivery, yet my order was not delivered on time—even though I placed it 48 hours in advance and paid 18 Euro extra

Second, the bouquet my love received looks nothing like what I ordered. It’s completely different and, frankly, very unattractive.

Third, I created two support tickets, but they closed it without any answer

Less serious company

Once more I gave this "company" a chance and ordered flowers for Valentins day. I paid extra for DHL EPRESS, as it was decribed with this kinda payment the delivery would be 100% on desired day! But no way!.. They passed the flowers to DPD who finally brought the dying flowers 1 day later! Now I'm sure I'll never ever make an order from this site again.

Worst business on earth!

Absolutely joke of a company! Booked flowers for Valentines a month in advance and they never arrived! Tried contacting support but they were so bad they they only responded 4days later. I don't know how this Company is still operating as they are the worst florist I've ever dealt with!
