Disappointing
Firstly, the delivery was delayed by over a week, which completely defeated the purpose of the gift. I had selected a specific delivery date with the expectation that the flowers would arrive on time, but they were delivered well after the occasion had passed.
Secondly, and just as disappointing, the bouquet that was delivered looks nothing like the one advertised on your website. The arrangement I received was smaller, poorly arranged, and included different flowers than what was shown in the product image. This discrepancy is unacceptable and misleading to customers.
The company treats customers unfairly
The company treats customers unfairly. They lie about delivery times, they deliver the bouquet (according to them) 2 days later than the specified date, and then they write that the recipient was not at home, although this is not true. They do not answer the number on the website, nor on Instagram. They answer by mail after a couple of days. The service is the worst. I do not recommend them at all. The company lies that they could not reach the recipient, although there were no missed calls. They send you to the outskirts of the city to pick up the bouquet, although the delivery was paid for 10 euros, and they are also rude upon receipt. This is probably the worst service I have ever encountered. Save your nerves and do not cooperate with them!
My wife received a bouquet of flowers…
My wife received a bouquet of flowers as a gift from her friend. The bouquet was so dried out that only half of it was left.
What a shame, especially when you get this bouquet for your birthday.
Never again. The reviews on Trustpilot speak volumes
Good Experience!
Contrary to the all other reviews, i had a good experience with Euroflorist Deutschland. Flowers were ordered 3 days before delivery, made by a nearby florist to my recipient and were pictured and arranged like the preview image. My recipient wasn't home for the delivery by florist as they were out for their birthday party, so a note was left and they were able to pick it up 2 days later. They even remade it on pickup and handwrote my message. Thank you Blumen La Fleur Holthausen!
A terrible service
I made an order for my daughter birthday on 23.06 to get it on 24.06. But today 27.06. flowers bouquet still travels somewhere.
Don't waste your money & time with euroflowers.
Ordered biggest size flower bouquet
Ordered biggest size flower bouquet, my sister received withered 5 flowers. And delivery was late, not in the day what should be. I do not recommend. Absolutely terrible quality.
Never arrived
I have ordered flowers for my friends` birthday and paid extra for them to 100% arrive on the day (they mentioned that if you want to be sure they will arrive on the day you have to pay extra so I did because I had to be sure). But guess what? It`s been 4 days and they never arrived and nobody is answering neither by email, nor by phone/complain form/social media etc. I`ve tried everything. And can`t even get my money back.
Very disappointing!
Ordered a bunch for my sick sister to cheer her up. Order some bright colours but instead she got a sad bunch of greens!!!
After complaining I got a 20% voucher for my next order which I definitely not be using as will never order from them again!!!!
I have ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother’s birthday.
I have ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Birthday. Everything was smooth and easy when making the order, however my stupid mistake was believing that DPD would do a great job delivering ok… Even though DPD marked the order as “delivered successfully”, it actually was not…
I was so fortunate that Euroflorist team were gracious enough to sent a replacement and for that i am extremely greatful.
The replacement bouquet, even though it arrived one day after her birthday, it was still better than nothing. And the fact that the mail communication with them went so smoothly and the replacement bouquet arrived in pristine condition and the flowers looked marvelous, i am giving them 5 stars. ❤️
Keep up the good work!
Garbage!
Total garbage. My order still says "will be delivered on May 26th". It's currently May 28th. No reply from customer service.
Horrible flowers and awful service
I don't recommend anyone order from them. Horrible flowers and awful service. It's better to find a local store and call them, or ask someone you know to help you with that. I have ordered a bouquet several days in advance and had only DHL or dpd delivery option. On the chosen date, the courier didn't call and never actually came to the receiver. I have just received an automated reply that there was some error and the bouquet will stay at the post office. And it will be possible to get it the next day. It is a small town that can be walked through in 30 minutes. I was mad, but as it was important for me (what a surprise for 50 euros!) I had to order another bouquet. However, the moment I made an order, they sent me a notification saying that the first bouquet can be received now. Not tomorrow. Like, they are just randomly sending false notifications about your delivery. OK. I immediately sent a request to cancel the second order. Zero reaction. I have sent them an email, contacted via "live chat," which is not actually live but just another form to send an email. They reached me in an hour and said it is no longer possible to cancel, although I notified them immediately about that. They also violate a series of German and WU policies, like they don't have a cancellation button to cancel the order without their help, and they do not provide any option to contact them by phone. I am currently developing several complaints that I want to send to German and EU legal institutions, so in case you are also doing something like that, let's cooperate.
Not only was Euroflorist incapable of…
Not only was Euroflorist incapable of actually delivering the flowers I ordered for a special occasion, but the staff was absolutely deplorable with customer service. To ensure credit is given where it's do, the following people I've spoken with while trying to resolve the problem were absolutely useless: Jacqueline, Denise, Roshan, Bart, and Luci.
They ruined the surprise
Very disappointed with Euroflorist. I ordered a bouquet to surprise my sister on an important day, but it was never delivered to the address. The delivery driver didn’t even ring the bell and simply dropped it at a pickup point without a second attempt. By the time my sister retrieved it, the bouquet no longer looked fresh, likely because it had been sitting in the delivery truck too long. The surprise was ruined, and despite reaching out to both DPD and Euroflorist, no real help was offered. I expected better care and reliability for such a meaningful gesture.
The flowers didn't look like the ones I ordered both in quantity and quality.
The flowers didn't look like the ones advertised at all when they arrived. My mum received a very disappointing, sad looking flower bunch for Mother's Day. Needless to say, I'll never order with this company again. I wish I could add pictures here to show the comparison. Very upsetting.
Deeply disappointing and misleading
Ordered a medium bouquet for Mother’s Day from Euroflorist.at, and what showed up was an embarrassing cluster of flowers that barely passed for the small version. It was supposed to be a thoughtful gesture — instead, it felt like a slap in the face, both to me and to my mother.
I included photo evidence in my complaint, only to be met with dismissive, templated replies. First, they claimed the bouquet matched the "style and value" (laughable). Then, when pressed further, they pulled the classic “pictures are for informational purposes only” line — as if it justifies misleading customers with false advertising.
This isn't about a bad bouquet — it’s about a company that has zero accountability, no respect for its customers, and hides behind vague disclaimers instead of owning its mistakes. Their gesture of goodwill? A discount code. As if I’d ever risk ordering from them again.
If you care about your money, your sentiment, or not being embarrassed by a gift — stay far, far away.
Compensation appreciated
A follow-up to my last review. They made up for the late delivery and a subpar bouquet by sending fresh flowers and a discount for the next order which was appreciated.
Arrived too early
The order process was easy and I ordered for mothers day. Well flowers apparently arrived 2 days early during work hours and now they cannot be picked up for another 3 days till the post office open again which will be AFTER mothers day. Great that my mother has to pick up her own flowers and I don't think they will be as fresh anymore.
Scammer Company
This company is a scammer and they do not send orders and do not respond in any way, they do not refund money.
delivery not on-time.
It's unfortunate that I didn't check Trustpilot beforehand. During the ordering process, I clearly specified that the flowers should be delivered on the birthday, but they arrived a day late. I also paid a delivery fee with the expectation of timely delivery. I wouldn't recommend using Euroflorist—it's unreliable and overpriced.
Late delivery again
flowers ordered on the 16th, not processed until the 22nd because of easter which is fine. I asked for delivery on the 23rd, but now saying they will be delivered on the 25th? they will be dead by the time they arrive.
