Euroflorist Team,

I'm disappointed with the service I received for my recent order. I provided the recipient's address and mobile number in Berlin, expecting the courier to contact her if there were any delivery issues. However, it seems like this didn't happen. As a customer, I feel my rights weren't protected,

I would have been glad to get an…

I would have been glad to get an information from you, that the flowers were delivered successfully. So I had to ask someone of House D3 whether the flowers have arrived. I later saw, that I could have used DHL Tracking, but that is no option for someone who just came home from hospital.

They cancelled my order after 13:00 on…

They cancelled my order after 13:00 on the day it was supposed to be deilvered. It is bad, but at least they did not make it worse by claiming the delivey and keeping the money (that's how low the bar is in services in Germany). I am still giving it 1 star for two additional reasons:
1. "as an apology we give you 20% discount for your next order" is worse than just doing nothing in this case. it was my first order, and I'm not gonna order again. The "grand" discount is just insulting.
2. Relentless bombardment with emails demanding feedback. Just an insane number of emails. It only stopped when i envoked my GDPR rights.

I placed two orders by mistake and…

I placed two orders by mistake and immediately asked Euroflorist to cancel one of them and keep the other. Instead of receiving quick and professional support, I only found countless negative reviews online that match my concerns.

Their reputation is clearly very poor:
• Many customers complain about wrong or missing deliveries.
• Refunds are extremely slow or not processed at all.
• Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful.

At this point, I am worried about my order that is supposed to be delivered today. If there is any delay or failure, I will escalate this legally through my bank and consumer protection authorities.

Scamers!

Scamers!

The bucket is much smaller than it appeared on the site and the flowers are also different.
Besides, it's tied up like a child did a job.

Not even close to the picture

I wanted to send flowers from abroad to the German family as a gesture of gratitude. I chose this company as it had slightly better reviews than others (yes, I know, what a joke with an average of 2.1 score!). To be sure the family receives a decent bouquet, I went for "Premium bouquets". The bouquet they got was not even close to the one I chose. A lot of greens, very few flowers, weird shape. Very disappointed. The only positive thing was that they delivered on time.

Actually zero star

Actually zero star. I ordered and paid €60 for a bouquet for a 40. Wedding anniversary, paid extra for dedicated day delivery. Not delivered! In fact it seems to be in Bremen ready for collection! 40 miles away. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Euroflorist but seem unable to get anywhere.

If there was 0 star I would give that
I just placed my first and last order

The customer service are useless and not willing to help
I made a mistake put the wrong number on the address but I noticed that the second after I hit the buy button
I contacted them immediately and of course they say they couldn’t do anything cause it was all sent out the the main deposit and the label is already printed bla bla
And If I’m lucky enough I get to contact the courier and ask to change the number on the address
So now the flowers are going to someone else cause NOBODY can do anything in this company
What kind of services they provide then ?

I regret not going through the reviews before buying

Too late, not nice, poor customer service

Very poor service. Flowers did not arrive at the intended date (which I paid extra for) but 5 days later and they really did not look nice anymore. Customer service is a disgrace, they promised me an instant replacement that never arrived.

Misleading Delivery Times and Unhelpful Customer Service

The flowers were delivered late, which rendered the order useless, as they were intended for a specific event.
Important information—such as the possibility of delays—is not clearly stated on the website (or rather hidden).
While customer service was polite, the communication was frustratingly tedious and unhelpful, with no fair resolution offered.

There are better alternatives out there. A few years ago, I had a delivery issue with a competitor, and they immediately sent a replacement bouquet—kindly and without any hassle.

rustrating Order: Nothing Went as Expected

The order was delayed by several days beyond the originally selected delivery date. Additionally, it was not delivered to the specified address and had to be picked up manually. To make matters worse, the flowers arrived in poor condition.

P.S. They eventually decided to initiate a full refund, which I appreciate — but the overall experience still fell short of expectations.

I wish I could give ZERO star.

I wish I could give zero star.
The customer service was extremely poor and completely unhelpful. I truly regret not checking the reviews before placing my order. The flowers were meant to be delivered to a dear friend who had just lost her father a time when reliability and compassion matter most. Sadly, the flowers never arrived, and to make matters worse, the company refused to issue a refund. Please save yourself the stress and disappointment. This was a deeply upsetting experience.

Disappointed and frustrated – never again

I had a terrible experience with Euroflorist. I placed an order for flowers for my wife for our anniversary, with home delivery scheduled. She stayed home all day waiting—and no one ever showed up. Later we were told the flowers had been sent to a DHL branch with no prior notice.

What made it worse was Euroflorist's complete lack of accountability. They didn’t offer a real solution, just blamed the courier and left me to sort it out. My wife was willing to go pick up the flowers herself, but she shouldn't have had to.

What was supposed to be a meaningful surprise turned into stress and disappointment. I will never use their service again and do not recommend it to anyone. Poor customer support and no regard for the customer experience.

Flowers were not delivered

Well. I ordered in advanced, chose the delivery date when they were supposed to deliver. Never received the flowers. You are ordering for the specific date for a reason, you want to congratulate your loved ones / or friends with theier special day, and you are failing drastically.
