Excellent product abd service

I ordered flowers in England via a German website for delivery in Germany. True to German efficiency the product was as described and superb, plus delivered on time as stated. AUSGESICHNET! as they say in Germany

SCAM!

If you wanna ruin the birthday present with, let's say, paying for the flowers that haven't been delivered for 7 days - order them from Euroflorist

Return me my money, it's a scam.
I paid for the flowers that my friend never even saw.

In support I see only AI answers

Flowers not delivered

The flowers I ordered had not only taken a few days to prepare which is absurd, but they were also not delivered. After this company sent me a confirmation that “Successfully Delivered” message I called my mom but she didn't receive anything, we have started a detective research among locals, and found that delivery guy gifted flowers to a male neighbour, who rejected them, lol. I tried to contact the service and explained the importance of calling recipients before delivery, like idk you deliver flowers maybe just in case you align with whomever is supposed to get them, maybe they are not aware about the surprise, just maybe… I intentionally left a phone number to call. Very irresponsible approach! Feels like they are looking for opportunities to cheat the customer instead of proactively helping to create a good memory.

Do not buy !!!

The prices are only justified by their last minute/same day service. They do not communicate. Spoil surprises. They also cancel regularly. 100% not a good service.

I have ordered many times from your…but 75 % will not arrive on time

I have ordered many times from your website. Flowers are always fresh and arrive as advertised BUT the day I order them to arrive 75% will not get delivered on the specific day. It’s not a such a big deal if it just to say “hello and I am thinking of you”. This time it was for a birthday and like I said before it arrived a day late😢and always get standard excuse

Birthday surprise

My aunt received the beautiful flowers sent for her 90th birthday and was so pleased. It was such a nice way to make her day extra special.

Again not on time

Booking flouwers weeks before the event, ask please this year not to late! And now already 4days later still nothing "we need to give 48h to our shops" I payed almost 80€ and they do this year again!!! I will never use there survice anymore and order today delivery tomorrow is a scam!!!

Avoid Euroflorist – Broken Promises and Terrible Service

I strongly advise against using Euroflorist.
The customer service is horrible – they only send automatic replies and provide no real help. My order was not delivered with the next day delivery as promised, and I never received proper information about the status. Communication was frustrating and unprofessional.

I ordered and contact them immediately…

I ordered and contact them immediately to change information but they cannot do about it. They told me that the courrier will send me email to inform about my delivery and there make any changes but i did not receive emails. Then i tried to track my order it says wrong address but i checked how many times and its correct. I tried to reach out the flowershop and the courrier and said that they cannot do something about it. Very disappointing!!!
