I purchased from Cyprus bouquets for two recipients in Germany. Both have arrived the very next day. They looked exactly as the pictures, originally seen on their online website.
Product does not match advertised bouquet
I ordered a Christmas bouquet called “Lady in Red” through Euroflorist. The bouquet shown on their website is clearly red-dominated, full, and rich in composition. What was delivered looked completely different.
The delivered bouquet was mostly green, filled with foliage and fillers, with only a few small red flowers. There were no red lilies, and the overall impression was green and sparse rather than red and luxurious. The photos make this difference obvious.
This is not about flower freshness. Euroflorist confirmed the flowers were “fresh and of value,” but completely ignored the core issue: the delivered bouquet does not resemble the advertised product in color, composition, or perceived value.
To make matters worse, the bouquet was delivered in a Fleurop-branded bag, despite the order being placed directly with Euroflorist. When I requested clarification and a proper resolution (not a future discount), the complaint was dismissed.
I paid for “Lady in Red” and received something closer to “Lady in Green.” Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Euroflorist.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Euroflorist. Due to a system issue, two bouquets were charged instead of one. I contacted customer service immediately, but cancellation was refused.
One delivery failed and was returned by DHL, the other had conflicting delivery dates (including a promised delivery on a non-working day). Despite clear DHL proof and multiple emails, no solution or refund was offered.
Poor communication, misleading information and no responsibility taken for obvious errors. I would not recommend this service.

The Blumen Strauß arrived on time, my aunt was thrilled and the colour chosen online was exactly as described. I have been using Euroflorist for 10 years and I am very pleased with the arrangements shared with family and friends. The website is easy to navigate between the steps and allows for adding on as needed. Thank you your attention to detail and service.

I do not recommend Euroflorist. I ordered flowers for a very important occasion, and the recipient was at home all day but never received them. Customer service claimed they left a note in the mailbox and delivered the flowers to a neighbor. However, there was no note in the mailbox, and the neighbor confirmed they had not received anything. I was misled, and my money was not refunded. Very disappointing experience and a lack of reliability.
