I used the wrong Formular. Euroflorist refund the money and helped me to use the right form. Then i paid again and within short time the flowers were delivered.
Lost flowers, customer service...good luck!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend for Valentines day. They told me they would deliver them on the 14th. Well, apparently they tried to deliver them, but my girlfriend was not home. So they sent me an email saying they left her flowers in a DHL drop box somewhere. But they did not leave a note or card or anything in her mail box to let her know she had a delivery. I sent their customer service department four emails. All of them replied with a request # linked to a website (In austria...!!!) where my euroflorist.de user name and password didn't work. I sent them two other email asking them to reply in the email. They simply did the same thing again. To date I have no idea where my girlfriend's flowers went and I am going to find another florist.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, I ordered a flower-set for my girlfriend for Valentines day, and DHL never delivered, instead, they marked it as refused acceptance and returned to sender, even though they never even contacted the recipient at all! Nor left a note or a slip for pick-up either! Contacted DHL and they were useless, and contacted Euroflorist directly with multiple tickets, and useless help from them, instead of a refund or sending a replacement set, they said you have to pick from DHL office even though DHL never left a note to pick-up and even confirmed that it’s being returned to the sender. Absolutely disappointed and horrible experience, money is not a game for business to mess with.

The bouquet was looking different than advertised.
The package arrived on time, with a really nice and sweet packaging that included everything. It did arrive slightly different than advertised, which left me a bit unsatisfied. But overall, it is a great surprise for a loved one to receive, no matter the bouquet.

I made an order on Tuesday 13th of January and made sure that the order arrives on the 15th of January , the order arrived one day late and I also requested there to be a card and a I wrote a message and they never wrote one, super disappointed as I also paid extra for it to be shipped on the 15th.

Easy order, fresh flowers
I ordered flowers, a card, and a balloon, and everything arrived on time. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. But the DPD courier didn't ring the bell and just left the box outside. Since it was a surprise for the birthday kid, I had to tell them to check outside, which was really disappointing.

On December 7th, I ordered flowers for delivery on my friend's birthday, which was on December 29th (i.e., 22 days in advance!). During this time, the Euroflorists ignored my messages both to their email address and from their contact page, and nothing was delivered. Only after I reached out to their (also always silent) colleagues in 12 countries and my credit card bank for help did they silently refund my money.
[Please note that after switching the delivery from couriers from flower shops (i.e., their partners closest to the recipient) to postal services (such as DHL), they decided to cut off communication with customers, as delivery on a specific day was no longer possible. In other words, their entire business is built on the premise that their global silence makes it very difficult for their customers to obtain refunds for the spoiled holidays.
The only solution is to threaten ALL Euroflorists to publish this unanswered "correspondence" with them, but it takes time (and nerves).]
Correction: Just found out that what I thought was a refund is just a temporary credit my bank gave me until its investigation is complete.
