The delivery was on time. The flowers were for my mother. They were for her first working day and were wonderful.
Disgraceful & Appalling Bouquet
Ordered a large bouquet of such pretty flowers - according to the website page advert/order form. What was received was an absolute disgrace. The flowers were most dead or badly damaged/broken, the whole bouquet was way past its sell by date, absolutely unacceptable service by an International organisation. I am appalled

They didn't deliver even after making payment in advance. In addition they don't even share their contact number which is ridiculous.
I did not recieve any flowers
My brother sends flowers from another European country to Germany every year. And the flower delivery service is becoming more and more complicated and costly. Last year the company translated the greeting card (without requesting this in German). A text with insults came out. The company apologized and delivered another bouquet. This year they were supposed to deliver a bouquet for 08.03.26. I was waiting for it, it didn't come. About 5 days later my brother receives an email asking if the order has arrived and I am happy. I haven't received anything, not even a notification in the mailbox.

Don‘t deliver, won‘t refund
Every now and then they decide not to send the flowers and tell you the address was wrong. It wasn‘t but they refuse to send the flowers „again“ and refuse to refund the money. Happend to me twice. This time it‘s with a lawyer.

I have ordered the large premium roses with eucalyptus bouquet. It should have 15 roses and eucalyptus. What was delivered has been very disappointing and totally different. No eucalyptus and 11 roses instead of 15 roses.
Costumer service offered 5€ discount for the next purchase. After this experience how could I think to order again with them. Instead of refund partially the money because I paid the large bouquet and received the small one.
Not reliable and quality average/not thrilling
Two Orders- both didnt arrive on the discussed date. One to early one to late. Even if this might result from higher demand alongside special dates such as Valentines Day: then plan ahead - this is totally managable and not surprising. Price doesnt Match the quality - Overall a disappointing experience

Everything was OK, after recieving my Order, Unfortunately Something was Missing, but after a short Mail i recieved the Product without any hussle.
Card full of question marks
I’m very disappointed with my experience. While the website allowed me to write a personal note in another alphabet (Armenian), the final printed message did not support the Armenian font at all.
Instead of my message, the recipient received a card full of question marks. If the system does not support certain fonts or languages, customers should be clearly informed before checkout.
Paying extra for a card that doesn’t correctly print the message is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience.
