Walk in told them what I wanted and I was looking it today (sun) and they made it happen

Ordered a Pergola off Chantelle on the phone. She was very informative and helpful. The boys came out a few weeks after and installed it for me, all went smoothly. Mario was brilliant. Will be buying off them again in the future!

Set delivered with cushions and cover missing. Had to ring for over 2 weeks before anyone sorted it

Great service from start to finish. Very accommodating and helpful sales staff who helped to ensure we got the product that best suited our needs. The installation team of Stuart, Kevin and Mario were second to none. Even though the weather, for the installation/build, was awful the guys perservered with methodical percision to ensure as near perfecton as possible...very impressed! Highly recommend anyone who is thinking about a Pergola to reach out to this team to ensure peace of mind.

My husband and I have nothing but praise for this family run business. Everyone of the staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. We didn’t feel pressurised into buying but because of the above experience and patience shown towards us, we were very happy to purchase a dining set. The owners, Brian senior and Brian junior are so friendly and chatty. And oh so helpful. Once we had our set home, we had a query about the parasol opening. A summer storm devastated the parasol and its base (it was some wind!). When the sun came out again, we needed a new one, urgently.
Searched online for local suppliers and found Eurogarden and Home, which we've driven past often enough. Found what we wanted and pondered how we'd manage to collect the stuff....then, oh joy, we discovered the online catalogue and the delivery service.
