A Very Positive Exprerience!
Very impressed with the standard of service provided when booking to have x2 toilets placed at one of our sites. I was assisted by Adam F, who provided exceptional service and made the entire process seamless, and was always on hand to help and assist with any questions or queries that I had.
The toilets were delivered by a friendly driver on the date and time booked! The level of communication throughout the whole process, from booking to delivery, left me feeling very reassured! A fantastic experience. Thank you!

Their attitude towards customers and toilets stink
Failed to pick up the toilet by the latest possible date they stated in their contract terms. Called on the 13th of August to arrange to have it picked up by the latest 20th of August. Called them to find out what was going on, told them it was now very smelly, as cleaning fluid had run out and because it was off hired no one had been to clean it. They said it would get picked up as a priority.calked again the next day to get a confirmed date and was told it want due to be picked up until the 3rd. They said they couldnt send anyone earlier because they were too busy delivering. Emailed the owner, no response. General impression is couldn't care less. Very much a "computer says no" attitude from customer service. I'm a construction company, this is not the first time I've experienced poor customer attitude from this company. Will never use again. Clearly can't handle how big they've become. Be warned.
