I have a business bank account with Europac and not had any major issues, and if I have had any small issues that need dealing with I just call them up and they are dealt with very professionally and quickly. If I don't phone then I send an internal message which works just as well. The client services team I have found are better than UK and US business banks as they actually listen to your issue, and genuinely want to help

Great service, friendly and very supportive! Especially my dealings with Mart. Also many features available through their banking terminal which includes Currency trading with the MT4 platform. In addition there multi-currency account covers my needs.

Chante was very professional and explained all charges on the credit card, helped with a critical international transfer and has promised to provided the contact for the old credit card so that the funds can be claimed. I will let you know if and when this promise is fulfilled.

Having just recently set up my own company EPB was recommended by some of my colleagues who have their accounts managed with them already.
The team at EPB has been very helpful and patient during this process and has been very forthcoming. Service has been very prompt and especially Mart has been most helpful, always able to reply in a very timely manner.

Whilst at times i may have had issues with this bank, these were all resolved quickly and efficiently by the bank. They provide consistently good service and are user friendly
