I'm getting worried about my money on…

I'm getting worried about my money on my account at EPB. They have been putting the day of transfer off every two months since almost a year now.

Now the Support Center doesn't even work in the app so you can't get in contact with them and the response to the email at info@ seems to suggest nobody reads them, either.

Getting fishier by the day...

Still waiting my money

Still waiting my money, 6 mounts now. No good answers. And as I found out now they are not even FDIC ensured, so we just have to trust that the funds will be transferred one day in the future. I don't count on it. Not sure what to do.

Claiming my brother's money, been 3 years since he died now...

I am waiting since 3 years now to get my brothers' money since he passed away. I send all the papers they have been asking right from the start. They did not want to let me know how much was on the accounts, yet asking me papers on and on. Which I did.
And now MAGIC "there is no more money on the account and the account is closed "
What is going on ?

My ultimate message sent today 08 02 2023.
Let's pray for a positive answer !!!

"Dear Sir,

I don't understand how come there is no money on my brother's account. And why didn't I receive this infirmation on the very first day that I contacted you.

I sent you all the documents required by your bank regarding my brother's succession.

As the offical, legal and legitimate person taking care of my brother's succession, I please require official documents from the Euro Pacific Bank/Quenta recording

all my brother's accounts statements, since one year before his death until today.

Thank you very much,

Best regards,

Sarah G

No sign of getting my money back.

No sign of getting my money back.

Several zooms with this micky mouse set up with loads of false hope.... and still nothing.
They continue to promise certain dates of when you can expect your money to be available, however you are let down every single time.

Do not trust these clowns.

Lack of customer engagement / poor commuication

UPDATE:
There has been no improvement in the communication from Qenta. More confusion than clarity.

This review is really aimed at the lack of 2way communication experienced relating to the changes and transitioning to Qenta. Despite the undertaking to provide FAQ on 16 Sept and follow up requests for such, nothing has transpired. This is not the type of behavior one expects from a professional organization.

What is going on in there...

Update no.2:
The bank recently posted an update on the situation and it seems the wires are still blocked. At current moment some of my wires have "sent" status. They where deducted from my account, in history it states they have been fulfilled but its allready 10th day since this was done and I havent received any funds ( few wires to few different banks ). So now, I got no idea where is the money? EPB could You help me with this issue? I wrote to You with this on info@ with mail title "[URGENT] Wires deducted from account but not being received"

Update:
The bank recently posted an update on the situation and the explanation seems very reasonable. They eased at least my mind about it. Especially that they will also discloe the financial institution that will be taking over the clients.

I decided, that due to fact that even in worst of its time the bank is still trying to makes things right, that this deserves a bit of a raise in rating so Im changing my stars to 3.

-------------------------------------------------------------

The bank is in proccess of liquidation. In recent annoucement the bank informed the clients that they can withdraw their funds from their accounts and gave 30 days limit for that. In other case they stated the funds will be migrated to unknown entity.

The worrying fact is clients got no idea who will take over their funds as bank is not revealing the information, nor answering its internal messaging system to answer any of occuring questions recently.

Whats more worrying is the fact that it seems bank is lengthening the proccess of approving outgoing wires for clients ( for me its 4 full days allready ) that want to get their funds out for some unknow reason and that raises questions. Why are they doing so and if the money is actually safe?

Been the client of the bank for many years. Had no bigger issues with them, except for maybe long waiting time for day to day things and excessivly extended KYC procedures but thats about it.

Now, Im really getting worried about my funds.

As a customer since 2020...

As a customer since 2020, I was very concerned about the bank's recent suspension, but their team has answered all my questions with the best of their ability. After all, OCIF's order came with any prior notices, so the bank didn't have much room (and time) to react other than complied completely with OCIF's order. Hopefully, this debacle will be resolved asap so I can get my money back.
