Excelente speed, arrived as expected, however the box was heavily damaged and had even an opening in one of the sides. Fortunately I lost nothing however poor handling in my opinion.

I am very satisfied with the services rendered. Very good IT, not complicated, secure posting, the small parcel arrived savely at the end destination
Shipping with them is extremely easy and the customer support is always available but their job is also including having my package being delivered in good conditions and protect my shipping especially if I paid extra money for insurance.
What’s my full experience with Europacco?
There was a mistake made by ME in writing the address, so the package had to go back to them, fair; I pay once again for the shipping and I am correcting the address; my parcel is getting re-shipped as planned.
When my package arrived to its destination all of the items inside of it were completely destroyed “thank god I insured my package!” I thought, but well that was completely useless: They kept asking me for pictures of the package before being shipped, some that according to them I was supposed to sign when receiving the package but that they never gave me or mentioned earlier and a lot of other things you would never dream of documenting in the moment you ship a package and you pay for it to be insured such as invoices of the groceries that were inside of the package (???) even tho I declared the value of my items in the moment I paid for insurance 😂
Paying for the insurance was a waste of money. I don’t even know what the courier had to do with this package in order to break EVERY SINGLE THING inside of it since it wasn’t even fragile merch.
If I gotta take the risk of receiving a box full of trash at this point I don’t see why I should book my shipping trough a third party if that doesn’t help at all.
Really sorry for having to leave a bad review but I am extremely disappointed and will not use this service again. Leaving a second star just because of the very responsive costumer support.

My package arrived completely destroyed, and the insurance was worthless—it covered nothing. I strongly recommend reading the terms carefully because so many items are excluded from coverage that it’s almost laughable—if it hadn’t cost me money.
In my case, a PlayStation 5, its controller, a headset, and several wine bottles were damaged. None of these were covered by the insurance, and even if they had been, they still blamed the packaging, despite the obvious fact that my box had been dropped from a significant height, likely from a truck.
To make matters worse, the delivery was slow, and I had to drive 200 km to retrieve my package because the courier claimed it was too damaged to deliver.
That said, their pricing is comparable to other services, and their customer support is at least responsive.
Edit after Europacco reply:
Unfortunately, I am unable to post pictures on Trustpilot, where it clearly shows that the box was damaged beyond what could be considered a secure package. As I’ve already mentioned, I don’t believe there was any issue with our packaging.
Secondly, I provided the invoice for both the joystick and the PlayStation, so claiming otherwise is simply untrue. That’s not fair.
The real issue here, however, is the questionable insurance policy you offer. You’re right—I didn’t read the terms beforehand, but had I done so, I wouldn’t have chosen your service.
For anyone reading this review, do yourself a favor and check all the negative reviews Europacco has received. Every time a package is lost or damaged, they never pay. There’s always an excuse—whether it’s the wrong box, the insurance not covering it, or some other nonsense.

I sent a pack from Rome (Italy) to Oosterhout (Netherlands). Everything was great and the pack arrived in 5 working days (they received on Tuesday and shipped on Saturday).
The only comment I would like to make that I had no precise information about the person who is coming to get my package and a precise estimated time. It was written that they will get my pack from 9 to 18 but until 15 I got no news and I freaked out. I would appreciate if they can send an email and mention that a courier is coming to make sure that the process is being done smoothly.
The service was great.fast reliable and reasonable price
Don’t use Europacco ever, once your package is lost they won’t compensate anything. Such company should not exist. They can do wherever they want with your package and you are responsible. Better to use DHL or any other well known provider rather Europacco.

I want to share my experience with Europacco to warn others about their misleading insurance policies and poor customer service.
I booked a shipment with Europacco and purchased additional insurance coverage of up to €1,500 to protect my packages. After one of my packages was lost, I followed all required procedures: I submitted the loss report, invoices, and all requested documents on time. Europacco officially confirmed the loss—yet they only reimbursed me €29, which is not even close to a fair settlement. Given that I shipped three packages, at the very least, I should have received one-third of the insured amount, but Europacco failed to honor even that.
When I questioned this, Europacco suddenly claimed that used goods are not eligible for insurance coverage, even though this was never clearly communicated during the booking process. At no point during the booking and payment process was I explicitly informed that used items are not covered. The website allows customers to enter a “declared value” for insurance, creating the impression that all items can be insured, as long as a valid invoice is provided.
Key Issues:
Misleading insurance policies – Europacco sells insurance but later denies payouts, citing hidden exclusions that were not clearly communicated upfront.
Lack of transparency during booking – Customers are not explicitly informed that used goods (or other excluded items) are ineligible for coverage until after they file a claim. The website allows users to declare a value for insurance, creating the false impression that all items are covered.
Unjustified underpayment – Despite confirming the loss, Europacco reimbursed only €29 instead of the insured amount. Even under their own CMR rule (8.33 SDR per kg), the compensation should have been significantly higher.
Unethical account deactivation – After repeatedly requesting the compensation I was entitled to, Europacco deactivated my account, blocking my access to shipment records and preventing further communication.
I have documented Europacco’s insurance terms as presented on their website and will escalate this issue to consumer protection authorities in italy if necessary.
If you are considering using Europacco, be warned: Even if you pay for insurance, you may not receive the compensation you expect. Their terms are deliberately vague, and their refusal to pay legitimate claims raises serious concerns.
Edit: They reactivated my account after this post.

Really awful experience, do not recommend!!
The luggage was supposed to arrive in 5/7 ( working) days but after 10 days it was returned to GLS center ( which they used a partner) as the delivery 🚚 man couldn't find the address and said there was a library instead!! I attached some pictures to prove my point.
I give them a call and lady told me I give the wrong address and they will send it again the following week - my question was if they couldn't find it first time how they will now?
Also didn't received any call from the delivery guy to inform me he was downstairs - how was I supposed to know when to collect my luggage?
I also wrote an email and received a really sufficient reply... Bad service and even more awful customer service - from the reviews I see it's nothing new, should have checked before.
At the end I called GLS and went to pick up my stuff at their center which was 45 minutes away by bus, each way...
As other customers say: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!

The parcels arrived in perfect condition and only in 6 days! From Italy to Spain
Such a professional company, great correspondence, excellent customer care, punctual collection and delivery.. I can't recommend this service highly enough.
I am a winemaker in Italy who recently used Europacco to ship several wine packages to customers across Europe. Three of these shipments ended up lost or damaged, and the entire ordeal has been nothing short of disastrous. Despite claiming the packages were “destroyed,” Europacco never offered any photos or concrete proof—even in cases involving full 12-bottle cases, where the likelihood of every bottle being ruined is remarkably low. They also claimed that a package was destroyed and not delivered by DHL due to damaged bottles, and yet I have photos from my customer having received the package, although broken.
They advertise themselves as an ideal partner for sending wine across Europe yet hide crucial clauses stating that wine is shipped “at the sender’s risk.” They also allow you to pay extra for insurance without clearly disclosing that wine is effectively not covered—rendering the added cost for insurance completely useless.
Although I used the exact same packaging they promote on their own website as suitable for wine shipping (including sturdy materials and specialized inserts), they still insist the damage resulted from “insufficient packaging.” This directly contradicts their own advertising and recommendations.
Lack of evidence: No photos, no official reports—just blanket statements about “insufficient packaging.”
Lost for weeks: My shipments vanished for extended periods, then reappeared with minimal explanation—by which time I had already been forced to send replacements.
Both shipments broken: In the end, both the original and the replacement arrived damaged, causing financial loss and immense frustration.
Three separate wine shipments mishandled or lost.
Hidden terms that effectively render insurance meaningless.
Conflicting promises: They present themselves as a “wine shipping partner” yet shirk all responsibility when problems arise.
Delays and confusion: Weeks of uncertainty before shipments resurfaced, only to arrive broken.
As a professional winemaker, I rely on dependable shipping to maintain my reputation and satisfy my customers. Europacco completely failed in their responsibilities—despite charging for insurance and promoting themselves as experts in wine shipping. If you value transparency, reliability, and actual accountability, I strongly recommend seeking another shipping provider.

I have handled some speakers to be delivered within the country - Italy, but when I got the package one of the speakers was badly damaged, proofing that was rolled or mishandled by their courier partner BRT in a bad way. I have sent pictures and proof of the damaged speaker to Europacco customer service, which tried to help to some degree. Still, they were unable to due to the fact I was asked with a pile of impossible requirements to claim the insurance which made it not possible to proceed and get a partial refund of the damage. I suggest to this company to choose their logistic partner carefully as BRT has a nasty reputation due to the lack of care even though they are a bit cheaper, if cheaper means breaking and damaging your stuff, well stay away at this point, words didn't build the world, facts did it.

Unsatisfied of the service. There is a miscommunication problem between europacco and the courier. I had a problem with sender address and the courier needed to come another day to get the parcel. Because of a miscommunication, the parcel was never collected and I needed to cancel the service.
