Courier tracking code very difficult to get
If you need a tracking code, avoid this service because they provide a general unique tracking code which is valid only on their website. I had to investigate forever to find the real courier tracking code, even the courier himself was not able to understand the real tracking code. My client complained because he wanted the real courier tracking code. Since my package even changed delivery company on its way, I had to provide even a second tracking code to my client who was very upset. Besides they work with GLS which has a horrible customer service, they don't have operators who can help.

Happy with the service
I choose them when I was forced to hire other delivery company due the lack of professionalism from ECOPARCEL (scam btw) And EUROPACCO does the job!!!! My parcels arrive on Monday to Italy, on time and all together
