Fab flour!!!
Arrived promptly and pleasantly surprised how good the type 750 flour was compared with my usual bread flour. Difficult to describe, but it just has more depth of flavour. I did a blind testing and we all agreed this was nicer. Performs well when kneading. I'll be back for more!
