This has to be the worst basketball camp in the world
This has to be the worst basketball camp in the world because for the past 3 years my brother and I have been trying to go to this camp and for the past 3 years the camp has been cancelled this is literally unacceptable. Today I spoke with to the person that was suppose to pick us up from the airport and he told me that the camp was cancelled and he said that we were suppose to receive an email but when I check I did not receive anything nor did my parents. So I have no clue what to do.
contact between victim
my son was also in the program which started on June 28th. I would like to contact anyone who wants to start a legal process so that we can join forces. it is a very bad matter. contact me at jeanninevanmourik Hotmail account
The website is a COMPLETE lie!!
This academy is a complete scam and waste of time, they lie about EVERYTHING on the website.
The jerseys are always wet and half cleaned, you have to walk 30 minutes to the court and weight room, the food is low quality and mediocre, the restaurant isn’t clean and sometimes there is no meal. The schedule on the website is a complete lie too, everybody follows the same schedule regardless of what programme you selected. Unnecessary running tests that waste valuable practice time. You don’t actually get many reps up as the coach just does motions and plays which isn’t benifiting anyone as we are not a team, we came here to improve OUR skills personally, not as a team.
There is no weight room programme or recovery. If you don’t know what to do in the weight room your screwed and can get injured. The facilities shown on the website aren’t even real. The weight room and pool is just a public facility so it’s always busy. No pyshiotherapy or injury prevention services.
The 2 week kids camp was also cancelled like 24 hours after it began, so over 50 kids were left stranded in a not so safe area of spain.
DO NOT ATTEND, go rent out a gym for the same price for the summer and practice yourself or join a different academy as this is a waste of time
don't send your kids to this academy's…
don't send your kids to this academy's summer camp. This is a scam and criminals. more than 70 children from all over the world came to the summer camp, three days later they were kicked out of the camp, explaining this by a lack of money from this academy.

I repeat: do not trust the Positive reviews.
Srdjan Premovic
Goran Premovic (brother)
Vladimir Mikić and others have scammed dozens of people.
The latest camp starting 15th August was cancelled at 24 hours notice.
These people are thieves. They refuse to refund anything.
Please get in touch- we have a WhatsApp Group now for those scammed.
Note: the positive reviews are from UNVERIFIED users paid by the crooks who run EBA.
I am verified.

Please would those affected by the "Covid" cancellations and lack of refunds get in touch with me.
I'm easy to find via Google.
"Saul Richman Dubai"
We had booked flights from Dubai to Barcelona for our 16 year old boy for the mid-July 2 week camp only to be told it was cancelled and he could go "next year".
We paid 965 EUR and 60 EUR Extra Health Insurance.
They are not refunding ANY of it.
I want to start Legal Class action against these people who have ruined my Son's summer, primarily Vladimir Mikić, the Manager.
My wife is Colombian and she is spitting blood with anger.
She wants these thieves taken to court.
We want our money back.
Dangerous Scam camp
I accidentally found out that the camp was cancelled. I nearly send my 14 year old alone in a foreign country! They are claiming that due to their terms I do not have right to a refund. That is not true because the statement in their terms is unclear. But the European legislation is very clear that everything that is postponed because of covid is subdued to a total refund.
We have to get our money back. It is easier in numbers.
SCAM
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! We Had our son and all his friends from UKRAINE sign up for this camp, they came for one day, with no organization, kids waiting for HOURS, fed dinner at Midnight. Next day we were told camp is canceled and one day we have to pick them up. NIGHTMARE!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!
Please read this review
Please read this review. This company is fraud, they will take your money and tell you to pick up your child the next day. They will not give you back the money. The owner is a fraud and this is an illegal organization.
It's a scam - watch out!
My son started a "program" on June 28 2022 that was terminated two days after. Amazing that they think they can get away with it.
I couldn't believe the stories my son was telling me.
No one contact us since then, I see that the website it still offering a camp on Aug 15. I can't believe it.
Disgrace for professionalism and basketball.
They fooled us
They fooled us. We paid and one week before they cancelled. No refund, no contact, no excuse! What a scam. We lost our money with no excuse
Maybe we can all make a claim together? And announce to the media the fraud?
They are dangerous for our kids
I did a complaint to the ECC the European consumers center. Others should also do. The more the best
And also make a Facebook sida and expose them before other kids are fooled
From my experience of what i was told…
From my experience of what i was told by the academy is far from the truth. Please read this whole thing cause im going to say the full truth of what their about from the 3 months I was their pro placement and development.
First off they said we had a bus to practice but yet we walk 30 minutes twice a day. We were also promised a recovery facility but we didn't have one. There was one scout that came in the 3 months I was there that needed players cause they were short. We were also promised game film but none of our games were filmed. I was also promised a 30-40 game season and 3 tournaments but I played 2 games and one tournament where we had fake names so coaches at the tournament didn't know who we really were. We were also promised professional coaching but we have 22 year olds coaching us and a boxer who doesn't play basketball. Every month theres people leaving the first week and a guy who played overseas for 7 years left after one day. Sheets are cleaned once a month. Jerseys are also wet. All 3 months I was their everybody was complaining about how of a scam it is. They also claim that they sign players that didn't do it from this and did something else to get signed. We were also promised taping after practicing and a physical trainer but we don't have one. They also limit younger players games telling players that there not allowed to shoot and the manager Serg who looks like a libarian and looks like he never touched a basketball said to me im not allowed to dribble in the France tournament when I never had a coach that said that to me in the states playing for a top AAU team in the west coast. They did a really good job lying to as I was trying to find a mid way tranfer from my high school because of politics their and didnt see a point of transfering to skip half of the season to only play 4-5 games left so I went here then got completely scammed other players felt the same way I did. I encourage you to save your money or you can attend this program called europrobasket in Valencia that made by a pro team Valencia basket thats a legit program to help players play overseas.
Extremely unprofessional and no plan or program
If possible 0 stars would have been more correct. Very short conclusion; don’t send your kids here.
Absolutely no coordination and no planning from the Academy whatsoever. Hours and hours of waiting for everything; for pick up in the airport, for the hotel, for the food…. This is not at all what is presented on the website.
Facts:
- Kids are staying at obscure hotel rooms and are left on their own.
- Very small portions of food (eg 1/2 slice of toast for breakfast and 25 gr of rice for dinner). Luckily there was a supermarket close by for the kids to buy additional bread etc. (and pay for themselves)
- Food is being brought to the hotels in boxes (!) for the kids to eat in their rooms on their beds (!) (btw - dinner arrived around midnight).
- No joint dinner or gathering or anything.
- Basketball training sessions in a very old facility
- very little training - not at all what the website program states.
- no water supplies at training sessions so kids need to buy their own
And then from one day to the other parents are asked to buy return flight tickets to their kids because the academy is cancelling the camp all of the sudden with the excuse that they are having organisational challenges (well…yes!) Apparently the challenges occurred:
1) because a lot of kids attended this year’s camp (why is that a surprise for the Academy?? Furthermore, when I booked the camp for my son I was told that “only a few seats left” - haha total scam)
2) hotels are more expensive during summer (again - why is that a surprise to the Academy?)
I don’t know whether to laugh or to cry. 80 boys arrived in Barcelona with high expectations of a summer camp full of basket in a professional set-up. Their dreams were completely destroyed by the Academy. Let’s see if we will get the refund in 90 days as they promise…
Unbelievably unprofessional
Unbelievably unprofessional. We just arrived in Barcelona as a family of 5 from Guatemala. Two of my sons were very excited to be able to participate in the basketball camp and one day upon arrival we received an e-mail that the camp starting July 15th was cancelled. No information about refunds, lousy excuses, a whole family family holiday organized around this camp ruined. No response so far from anybody of this organization to our e-mails. Out of words here, unbelievable.
A total scam
A total scam. The 2022 Summer Camp has been cancelled all of the sudden and kids thrown on the street.
It is a scam and a disaster
A stolen dream and stolen money
What have we paid for? Complete disaster and it is not okay to treat children like this
Short on breakfast, lunch late and dinner at midnight. 2 trainings and then it was cancelled. Just got and email saying ”We are sorry and we will do better in the future”
The information that the camp would be cancelled must have been known before the start of the camp? To just dump the kids on the airport on saturday has costed us extra money that EBA must take responsibillity for.
Even if they refund us they have destroyed a dream to come thru.
They have not cancelled upcoming camp in august but parents should think twice before sending the kids to this.
Junior Camp- Scam or Russian Roullete?
Junior Camp- Scam or Russian Roullete?
Here are the facts and you decide
-Camp 1 (28 Jun- 12 July 2022 )
The daily schedule mentioned and displayed on their website (2 training sessions a day, recovery) food options and accommodation conditions are all NOT correct.
No schedule of what will happen when was shared (meals and training) even when requested.
Camp got cancelled at midnight (30 June) due to organisational challenges faced by management (as per the letter included in the email received).
I had little time (one day) to make arrangements for my son to travel home.
Camp management says it will refund the money after 90 days from July 2 (the cancellation date)! why the 90 days!?
-Camp 2 (15 July- 29 July 2022)
as per the email received 4 July
camp is cancelled by management due to Covid-19 spreading in the academy among players, coaches and staff members!
Camp 2 money will not be refunded as per the terms and conditions because the academy has the right to reschedule for the following 2 years (2023 & 2024).
So if those are not scammers, are you willing to send your child with the possibility of him/her getting stranded alone when the camp gets cancelled overnight.
If I could give it a zero....
If I could give it a zero, I would.
It is a scam, no proper training and no proper food. Terrible/inexistent organization. Had to withdraw my son in June 2022 from the camp after a few days and just in time as the day after, the program was shut. Asked for a refund but still wating for a reply...
