Ordered exhaust, no confirmation email received, you cannot call them, goes to VM, no email contact and website contact form fails. Raised a dispute via CC, will amend review if they respond and deliver but been few days now so unlikely. Stay away!!
#update - they have responded after i raised a PP dispute, said issues their end to look into and ordered part did arrive in the end but not a great Customer experience
Not good customer service take your money then impossible to contact them email ticket system doesn’t work BE AWARE. Sent wrong item. I’ve got EBAY investigating so many so bad reviews. Typical take your money and run DONT USE .
Stay away from these suppliers, there are cheaper places with better customer service out there. These do not answer phones, e-mail or support tickets, they just ignore you until you give up and go away. I spent nearly £600 on parts between these and their sister company 'Racing-Planet UK' and they refuse to even acknowledge that one part was faulty. Check their T&Cs, your warranty ends as soon as you open the box, faulty or not. Forget about keeping parts in their box on your shelf as well, you get 48 hours to notice the fault (while it is still in the packaging!) and 14 days total to return any faulty goods. Not the type of company you can trust.
I've bought from eurocarparts and euroscooterparts both are as bad as each other, cancelling orders and a email say lost or broken cannot send, even on eBay there as bad, even got an email saying they don't make a habit of cancelling order but done it to me and me brothers, just don't say you have stock if you haven't, and when you talk to them very blunt, customer service and them thinking there bigger than they are, and not standing in front of you easy to be a pain, still we have trust pilot
