Box undelivered, damaged, insurance didn't pay anything.
Good only at the moment of booking.
I sent 3 boxes, I paid extra insurance for which I never received even the name of the insurance, nor T&Cs beside the one stated on the website ( I even wonder if there is any insurance as I don't have any proof of it).
2 boxes arrived one got lost for 3 and half months.
GLS handling was a disgrace, they collected the boxes without putting any label at the collection, only in the wherehouse, of course things can go wrong.
they delivered 2 boxes, and a third random box that was clearly not mine, because in one of the label was even stating" Motorbike shop in Portugal" and not "me in Ireland"!
they eventually found my box, and sent it back to sender address, because at that stage the box was too damaged. I rose a claim because there are damages, and I have to, at my expenses, fly back to Italy from Ireland, to fix and resend it somehow, and pay for the damaged goods. Claim rejected because the packaging was Improprer,
I put a "bike" in a branded "bike box", and the package is considered "improper"... Not even a reimburse.
In the order I actually sent 2 bikes in the same bike boxes, and one arrived fine, and only the one got lost for 3 months arrived damaged, clearly handled badly by the courier while lost in whatever wherehouses.
And if the package was considered improper, they shouldn't have accepted at the sending depot instead of shipping ( with wrong label).
Eurosender was very very slow, in responding, even in acknowledge that the box sitting in my house was not my box, with all the proof in their hands.
I had to take the case directly with GLS, only then, things started to get moving, and showed me clearly to have started the research.
( PS I had to keep a wrong box safe in my small flat for 1 month before GLS came to pick it up again).
The lucky motorbike shop thanks to my honesty, got the 6 helmets worth 3k, and me not even a reimburse of a service that I paid and not received.
Bottom line,
use it at your risk, if things go well, good, otherwise brace yourself, and not even bother pay for the insurance, it's useless.

1-2 day delivery qith DHL Express via Eurosender is lost after 10 days with no trace. The weorst service ever, HORRIBLE. NO CONTACT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO RESPONCE, NO SUPPORT AT ALL. A big mistake for a lot of money, what a cheat on line on XX! centruty. Beware, do not user ever! They are a CHEAT!

This definitely seems like a Eurosender scam!
I payed about 50€ to have a suitcase shipped to me. The person with my suitcase waited all day and no one came to collect!! But “fool me once, shame on you”, so then I proceeded by rescheduling to another week day (as customer support said they don’t work on weekends) and AGAIN, no one came!
I think they try to keep you “hoping” as long as possible as an attempt to delay the moment you start questioning whether it’s a scam.
I rescheduled again, and no reply.
I was surprised because everything from their website, confirmations and email addresses didn’t seem sketchy.
However, it is probably not normal to not have a phone number to contact, they had FAKE reviews on their website - indicating 4/5 stars ALL posted exactly 3 months ago on Trustpilot, yet here I am on trustpilot reading dozens of reviews confirming it’s a scam!
Be careful!! Now I really don’t know how to find the *real* eurosender shipper - if it even exists!
Didn’t show up for collection. Nightmare.
Totally nightmare. No one showed up for the collection from the delivery service. I met the courier guy from the same company who was delivering for another apartment, and asked what’s going on. He said my collection is not booked and said Eurosender always fails to set up collection properly. I am leaving on Sunday and had to arrange someone to hold my boxes and phyically bring the boxes there. Not something you want to do when you’re moving. AVOID

If only I give a -10! Absolute thieving scumbags. They did not bother to pick up the bag, then pretended I chosen the wrong YEAR, falsified the document on their website, although it is clearly shown on my order that the date and year were correct. Then they claimed the order could not be changed (because I had not paid for a dubious "change fee" nor canceled (only "frozen"), nor the money returned, although they did not provide the service advertised and confirmed. Subsequently on their own website they show the order as CANCELED. Words fail me.

Total scam .. waited all day in Italy to have a parcel picked up and didn’t arrive. Impossible to communicate with them.
Ended up dropping parcel off to FedEx office who were great about same price and no stress.

I sent a volume from Lisbon (Portugal) to Aachen (Germany) in april 11, 2022, today is may 8th and it WAS NOT DELIVERED nor ANY INFORMATION GIVEN to me as the sender or to the receiver.
My first message to the customer support e-mail HAD NO ANSWER.

DONT USE eurosender for airport pick ups. They refuse pick up if the driver should walk 15m for pick up.

Please avoid this company they lost my package. I paid extra insurance in the case of any damage or loss. I got no refund, they just closed the case. They said they cannot do anything about it. Worst company I dealt with!!! Lost 400.00 euros for shipping + the value of my package which was another 1800.00 euros.

I had a horrible experience with Eurosender. I booked a pick up but they did not appear to collect the package I contact the support by email, text, calling and every time the said the same thing that the driver was going to pass by the next day was like that for 10 days until I decided to ask for a refund for a service that didn’t happen and for my surprise the answer was that I not allowed to the refund so I lost €80. Poor company if you thinking in contract Eurosender please do not do it. It just stressful and you are going to lose your money

Things were going well and I was even recommending them to my friends, till they LOST MY BAGS! They were so slow and couldn’t be bothered about the whole thing, I even had to leave negative feedback after one chat! Why should they be bothered though, if they loose your bags and you didn’t buy their overly priced insurance, they only get to pay max 200 euros for each of your bags! Assuming your claim is accepted! So there I lost all my life property and have to start afresh! Thank you eurosender!

What a horrible experience. I used Eurosender’s services twice. The first time they lost my personal portfolio, which was a lifetime package filled with work over the past years, the second time they damaged my furniture. They coerced me both times to buy their insurance in case of a problem. They also told me to purchase to hire help for loading and unloading, in which case the people that delivered my belonging never helped. Both times they made it very difficult to claim back any money. Absolutely a horrible service. A complete waist of money. FIND A DIFFERENT SERVICE!
Eurosender will never protect their customers, i was stollen
I had a very bad experience with eurosender. Honestly, I will never recommend their service. I booked 13 packages to be delivered from Strasbourg to Paris. They Picked up 12 packages, 11 arrived. The biggest problem was with the 12the bag that was delivered 2 weeks later, surprisingly the bag was unwrapped, and items from the bag were stolen (they cost around 400 euros and all-new stuff), I tried to contact eurosender so that they could solve this problem, it is worth noting that the delivery company DPD was in charge. And I am sure they stole my goods. Eurosender said that they are not responsible for what happened, and I doubt they did any kind of investigations. Eurosender and DPD are thieves in a name of a company....
Bait and scam tactics
After paying over €400 to have a pallet shipped across Europe and receiving an order confirmation, Eurosender have harrassed me with emails demanding I pay them even more money.
Each email gives a different reason for this new "surcharge"; first they say that their shipping costs have increased due to COVID, then they say the cost is higher because I'm not a business customer. Then they reduce the amount they're asking for.
Meanwhile they continue to advertise the same price I paid on their website to future customers like me.
These bait and switch tactics are completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend Eurosender or their shipping partner Kuehne und Nagel

They never picked up my parcel, they kept "reprogramming" my parcel, and then I kept waiting for DAYS from 9h-18h EVERY SINGLE DAY for no delivery person to ever even come.
When I called for a cancellation and refund, they told me it was impossible and wouldn't give it to me. They will never pick up your items nor transport them, they will just steal your money instead.

I have sent two carefully packed packages. One for Germany and one for Spain. Well, one has arrived completely broken, it contained cups and they are broken, of course they tell me that they are not responsible (it would be less) now I have paid 55 euros and on top of that the product is broken. And then on the other hand the other product has not been delivered and it appears that it has been delivered. In other words, no one knows where it is. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

The delivery company is not able to track your parcel. They give you a tracking number but is worthless. You never know exactly when your parcels will arrive
-Customer support is unfriendly, they talk like they are doing you a favor and are unable to solve any kind of problems.
-The person delivering one of the parcels threw it on the floor and broke some of the content. This in front of me, so imagine the conditions they treat your content when you are not there.
