I checked in their website to pick up my parcel IE - UK on January 21st (they should take it 9am-6pm)
My money was charged from my credit card, but they haven't showed up that day. I was trying to text them on messenger, but answer was "please contact our customer support department or call +44 20 3129 2884"
But they didn't respond to any of my calls or emails
And after all they didn't give my money back, cause "it's not their problem"

It would be easier to send via pigeon mail
It would be easier to send via pigeon mail than with eurosender. They miss collection and willing to charge extra for next collection. Coming up with all sort of excuses. If you find yourself using eurosender - pay via paypal and if something goes wrong raise a case immediately. Or rather avoid at all cost!

Not Satisfied with services.
They lost my parcel and refused to pay after 2 months of the investigation because they have no evidence that the item was collected while the online status showing collected and it was lost after 4 days in transit. Since the case escalated to the claim dept the tracking info has been removed from the website. I should check the reviews before placing the order. 1 Star is for responding time they usually answer within 24hrs.

Eurosender reminds me Autostrade in Italy, where the company because of its constant and only desire to make money, it didn't do any maintenance and the bridge in Genova collapsed killing 43 people. Eurosender is the same sh!t. Just stealing money to people with zero service. same concept. Lost my money with them, but once you pay their website they don't care, if they are not able to provide a service that's it, your money is lost.
Instead of staying at home waiting for the collection that will never happen, take some time for doing a research and chose a better company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE RUBBISH AND STEAL MONEY TO PEOPLE.

I sent 2 musical instruments from France to Sweden. I contracted the service and sent the packages before read the reviews, so I was a little afraid about my stuff, delicate instruments. Then I chatted with a Eurosender representative explaining my concern about the service and all those negative reviews. They said me in the most of the cases there are fake. So I waited to receive my packages to write this review. For me everything was ok. The delivery was on time, I can tracked the packeges via DPD parcel tracking web. Good service, good price.

I have ordered a pick up a month ago. Eurosender then hired a Spanish company to pick up my stuff. They did not show up on the first day, they claimed that In did not give the house number (they could have called and asked easily, but nothing) . Then i got rescheduled twice and i was waiting the whole day both time , and noone came to pick up. I have contacted Eurosender at least 20 times and called many times too. They can not take any responsability for there job. They just reschedule it again and again and noone is coming. They refused to pay back my money! I dont trust it anymore, I have spent 3 full days waiting for a pick up. Eurosender takes no real responsability for the job. It is soo bad! I dont understand why are we paying them if they dont do the job we payed for, then they refuse to pay back. Offering a new pick up is not helping , since I have done that already 3 times. I honestly thing they dont give a sh..t!

The company is a joke. They are rude and disrespecteful. The guy came to take my parcel, saw it is too big (IT WASN'T) and decided to leave it, without even informing me, even though they charged me for the service. I paid for something that wasn't done. The customer service, guy named Konstantinos was rude to me either. The DHL delivery as well. They refused to give me money back. This behaviour is unacceptable. A band of thieves. One of the worst experiences as a customer I have ever had.

When asked about the delay got a helpful reply from the delivery company responsible for the UK deliveries.

They just want to receive the money!!! (Plus It’s extremely expensive!)!
After you make the order and contact customers service you realize that they do not take any responsibility on the pick-up or delivery times, they don’t contact the partner courier companies, and if there is a problem with any address they don’t get in contact with the customer!
They even told me that tracking the item is the customer’s responsibility and not their responsibility!!!
Plus, after collecting the item they told me that it was heavier than what was ordered (which was not true!) and I had to pay an extra fee or the package wouldn’t be delivered!!!!
The transport was supposed to take 5 working days and it took 13!!!
This company is a scam!!!! DON’T USE IT!!!!

Paid for one business day delivery at premium price, package has still not arrived after 7 days, they refuse to give refund and just quote terms of service at me which say delivery dates are an estimate.
I left plenty of time for the package to be delivered, I even telephoned eurosender before ordering to be sure the package would be delivered on time for the event, they definitely yes.
Event has now passed, and still no package. No apology from eurosender, and refuse to refund my money or even give me a credit.

This is the third time Eurosender have failed to pick my luggage up. I have been trying to send luggage from Netherlands to Uk for over a month now.
First attempt - I called Eurosender regularly throughout the day to ensure everything was ok as it was getting close to 6pm cut off time. Told everything wuld be ok and to wait. Once 6pm came and went I recieved an email saying the address was incorrect. I checked and I had missed a letter from my road, although the post code is fine and isnt an issue. Ok so I sort another delivery for a new date and update address.
Second attempt - Continued to call Eurosender throughout the day again to ensure it was all ok. Told to wait, address was updated and the employee I spoke to could find the address no problem, however, again 6pm came and went. Called Eurosender who said because the name in the foyer is different to the shippers (its my landlady's, I rent) and the address didnt state the floor, they left. Eurosender also stated because I have a UK contact number DPD won't call as its classed as international.
Third attempt - I updated all information stated my name, landlayd's name, the floor. Everything. However, again no one turned up ecept this time no email. Nothing, just no one came. Spoke with Eurosender who stated the courier didnt come because the address was incorrect. Thats a bare faced lie as the address remained unchanged from the second attempt in which DPD themselves said they turned up. I call Eurosender this morning and they state their Head Office is shut so nothing can be done. After my telephone conversation i get another email from Eurosender stating the delivery was unsuccessful due to no one present at the address. Another bare faced lie.
Eurosender cannot prove the courier even attended my address on any occasion. No GPS tracking of the delivery van, no photographic evidence of my property. And to top it all off Eurosender employee stated quite rudely I'm 99.9% not getting a refund so not to bother.
EUROSENDER ARE EITHER A MASSIVE SCAM, OR ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVERY HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF COMING ACROSS.
I would be very, very weary of using this company. Honestly an absolute disgrace.

Using this company is an easy way to become very stressed. They did not pick up the package, gave all sorts of conflicting information and would not refund even though they actually provided no service, all they did is keep quoting terms and conditions. Please please do yourself a favour and do not use this company as you will not get your money back and they will blame you, the courier partner, everybody except themselves.

I had the worst experience with Eurosender. I do NOT recommend it.
They are not reliable, nor do they seem to care for their customers.
On the pick-up day they did not show up - the customer service had no idea what happened and absolutely no solution, the transporting company did not answer the phone. The next day I tried to contact them - again: no solution. They did show up with absolutely no explanation.
My luggages were supposed to arrive in 3 working days. They arrived in 6 working days. Again: no explanations, no excuses.
I made a complaint, but I only received an automatic reply of theirs that I should read their policy.
I am completely disappointed with this company and strongly suggest you to avoid any contact with it.

I've been waiting for my package …
I've been waiting for my package delivery since June and it is now October. I have been calling multiple times and sending emails. The people on Custom Support have not been helping me at all, I had to chase them. They don't reply your email on time and dodge the reason why the package hasn't been picked up even when we reschedule. I had to book up people to wait for them to pick up the package with no results. It is very frustrating! Wouldnt recommend this service to anyone!!!
Eurosender Review – Not To Be Relied Upon

Eurosender is a door to door shipping service that transports suitcases, luggage and packages from one country to another.
It’s a great concept, I needed to post a small piece of hand luggage from Poland to Lithuania to avoid excess luggage charges when flying.
In fact, I’d used a similar service in posting my suitcase when I was moving back from Australia to the UK with sendmybag. That service proved to be easy, and went without a hitch – and no, I’m not sponsored by Sendmybag!
Unfortunately, on this occasion, sendmybag were significantly more expensive than Eurosender, so I made use of Eurosender instead. That was a mistake.
My intent was to send luggage from Gdansk to Vilnius Lithuania, I was staying at a hostel in Gdansk with a 24 hour reception to another hostel, again with a 24 hour reception. As such, there really ought not to be any issue.
I booked for the Monday on the Thursday. Only after I had booked was I informed that I needed to wrap my suitcase with plastic prior to sending in order for the insurance to be valid. Anyhow, I found some shrink plastic, and took care of it. You don’t need to do this with Sendmybag.
I was informed that the contract was subcontracted to DPD Gdansk, a company with a Google rating of 1.6 stars. Not great, I question the selection process.
The time range I was given was from 9am to 5pm, not ideal, but whatever, I’d stay in and get some work done.
I stayed in all day, provided instruction and provided a phone number and checked the tracking ID supplied regularly. Nothing showed up and the tracking ID given was invalid, as I checked in late afternoon, it finally registered and reported a failed attempt to pick up.
No phone call. They didn’t walk through the door. They didn’t ring the doorbell. No effort was made to pick up the package.
I called DPD – no answer, I tried to contact via Webchat, no answer. See, I’d Uber the package to the supplier if that was an option to save the hassle. I tried Facebook chat, Eurosender support. No help.
In short, my package was never picked up. Upon asking for a refund I received the following:
"On the business day prior to the date set for the pick-up, the customer will receive a confirmation message by email, which indicates that it has requested a transportation service to their name and account. Before the customer receives said confirmation message, cancelations and changes in the order are possible. /.../ The customer expressly agrees to waive the right to cancel the Agreement with Eurosender d.o.o. at the moment when Eurosender d.o.o. submits the order details to the selected courier services provider."
“That was, according to the courier, because nobody was present at the pick-up address to hand over the package.
The courier driver will return for another pick up attempt today, please make sure that you or your contact person are present at the pick-up address on that day with the package packed and ready for collection between 9AM and 6PM.
Your order was already processed and confirmed. This means that according to our terms and conditions a refund is no longer possible.”
If you need a reliable door to door service. Look elsewhere.

I am aware that Eurosender can't track every single delivery guy, but they don't even try to help you. Horrible service, NOT in time, I had to call them at least 6 times. Both pick up dates were missed and they just send an email to tell you that the order is cancelled instead of trying their best to meet the agreement in your order. NEVER EVER AGAIN
