Good quality item, but delivery delays...
The item is very good quality, but I am disappointed in the service as I paid extra for 48 Hour delivery, and it took well over a week to arrive. I contacted the store by the webchat to chase up my item, but they just kept giving me a later arrival date. When I said that I'd paid extra for faster delivery, they disconnected! If you are going to buy any goods from the store just use the basic postage.
