Item was easy to order. I used a discount, but I didn't realize delivery would be so expensive. Since it was early hours I went with it anyway. I thought the item was in stock, but it had to be pre-or... See more

Multiple delays
Multiple delays, lies from customer service, a discount code offered that didn't work. Just one of the worst companies I've used and considering the cost it's madness to treat people like this.

It should not take almost a month to get a shirt sent to me.
I ordered May 23. It got to me yesterday. June 17
The extra star is for Danhausen.
Awful!
Placed an order for a birthday present. The item arrived with a cut out tag and a PSG football tag!! Looked counterfeit so I was unable to give it as a gift.
I've emailed customer services via two email addresses given to me by the customer service 'chat', but no response. Very disappointed!

Delayed delivery
The top in itself is fine but it took way longer to arrive than originally expected. Didn’t get it in time for the WWE event we went to when we’d ordered it well in advance.

Let down by Evri (UK)
I ordered a t shirt and hoodie from the EuroShop in one of the online sales towards the end of May.
In terms of processing, shipping and dispatching the order, I cannot fault WWE EuroShop. My items were being shipped from the USA and they were able to get everything sent out to me quicker than I expected. However, the nightmare started when my parcel was handed over to Evri, to complete the UK side of the delivery. Bear in mind, Landmark Global, who completed the International side of the delivery, had managed to get the parcel over to the UK without a single issue. Evri then received the parcel and not long after, it arrived at my local depot and was due for delivery the next day.
The next tracking update that I received was to inform me that the parcel was delayed, and would be delivered the next working day. The tracking information never updated further, and continued to claim it would be delivered the next day for over a week without any additional information. I was never contacted by Evri and had to get in touch with them myself (“get in touch” used very loosely). Evri’s Live Chat option was less than useless and I had to send them an email. I got a response from somebody called ‘Claire’, claiming the parcel would be back on track and “delivered today”.
When this didn’t happen, I had to reach out again and I was then told Evri had most likely lost my parcel. I am very suspicious about the responses I received via email from Evri, as my partner also had an issue with them months ago (they had lost her parcel). She also contacted them via email and received pretty much an exact copy and paste email as what I had received months later, also from somebody called ‘Claire’, believe it or not.
Once I had been told the parcel was most likely missing I then reached out to WWE EuroShop for a resolution. I contacted them on the Monday, and was told that if nothing had turned up by Wednesday, they would take next steps in getting this resolved. I said okay and was patient. Wednesday came and I contacted EuroShop once again. I was then told that under company policy, they had to wait until Saturday for the parcel to be fully confirmed as missing. By this point there had been no update on the parcel for well over a week - almost two weeks. At this point I was very frustrated with Evri, for losing the parcel, and WWE EuroShop for providing me with false information.
Further to all of this, I visited WWE EuroShop a few days after I had purchased my items, on sale, and noticed that they had been further reduced in a better sale. So had I waited a couple of days to order, I would have got the items I wanted cheaper, and potentially would have already received my parcel by the time I had to reach out and chase for updates.
I explained my frustration to WWE EuroShop customer care team, which I believe is ran by Fanatics. I asked what the resolution would be come Saturday, having given them all information regarding the lost parcel, further reduced items, delayed delivery, difficulty getting in touch with Evri, and being provided incorrect information from the EuroShop team.
I asked if this would simply be a case of sending out the same items once again, and made it clear this would be unacceptable to me. They assured me that when I contacted again on Saturday, they would find a more than satisfactory resolution that would leave me actually feeling valued as a customer and wanting to continue with my order.
I’m sure you can see where this is going. Saturday came and I reached out again to EuroShop. They asked me if I wanted to proceed with the order. I told them I believed I should receive a partial refund, due to the inconvenience. I was told it was not possible to do this and my order had been reprocessed. The parcel finally arrived roughly a week after this with the items I had ordered.
I very rarely complain or ask for anything for free but I believe it was necessary in this situation. Even if they threw in a free cap or fridge magnet or something I would’ve been happy, nope just the items I ordered. The promises to resolve the issue to a satisfactory standard for me were obviously just to encourage me not to cancel my order which I wish I had now done. Terrible experience and absolutely unacceptable for an internationally renowned business.
Danhausen t shirt
Ordered this for a birthday at end of May. Ordered in plenty time, around the Start of May and was assured would ship and be with me by 24-26th May.
This was not the case and wasnt even dispatched on the 27th which was a major disappointment. The person on the live chat gave me a code to get 20% of my next order, when I tried to check if had been loaded on my account, I noticed the website was offering a BIGGER discount that day of 30% off. Bit of a disgrace to be honest. Also, the ''discount'' isnt really a discount as they recoup this via shipping fee so still pay the same set fee - more or less.
Regardless, the family member was delighted with Danhausen shirt but terrible that it took 5 weeks to arrive.
More should be done for things like this and I dont understand why the initial shipping fee was around £5 and now its £14 when try and place a second order for same address!
