Took money from me. Failed to deliver on the day promised and failed to answer any emails requesting updates.
The CC company will get the money back but DO NOT waste your time and DO NOT give them any money, they are fraudsters.
Don't buy anything from this supposed company. Took my money, no goods have arrived. Not answering any emails either. SCAM. Paid by credit card so hopefully will get money refunded.
Same as previous review - paid for tumble dryer 25th Feb. It was supposed to be delivered 10th March (apologies given for the delay by Kevin on the online chat) still waiting...sent 2 emails but haven't replied and can't get in contact via telephone.
Paid for washing machine, not delivered. Unable to contact anyone to see where it is in the pipeline. They also sent me a tracking number and that says “ on the way”. Still waiting, paid for on 23rd feb. 2025 😟😟😟😟
