The absolutely worst customer service…

The absolutely worst customer service ever! I was told which replacement lid I needed, waited 4 months for it to get restocked. I received email saying it was back in stock. After I received it, it didn’t fit. I was then told my model was discontinued. I was given instructions to return for a refund. After noticing I would be responsible for shipping charges for what they told me would work, I asked for a prepaid label. After a few days of waiting for my concern to be “escalated “, I heard nothing. I went back and forth with Karl Soriano via email with proof of phone conversations. He still refused to send label. I paid for shipping and sent back as instructed. To this day, I have not received any communication or refund from them. I reported to the BBB. They informed me of their F rating. The only way to receive my refund was to dispute charge with my bank. I have NEVER received such AWFUL service!

Received DAMAGED. Company refused to provide return postage.

Received an item that is heavily damaged. The stainless steel can has been partially crushed. Reached out via the website as instructed, and received a response that I must return the item for refund. I asked for a return label and was told that I would have to pay for shipping this large trash can if I want a refund for the defective item. I find this to be inconceivable as the item was received in a sorely damaged state. I paid $110 for a crushed can and they absolutely do not care.

No Support, No Warranty, No Refund

Trash can lid mechanism failed within the first week of ownership. Reached out to support via email and provided receipt, detailed description, and photos of the failure.

Within 24 hours, they told me someone would be in contact and that my product had been registered for warranty. I heard nothing for 8 days. Followed up and was promptly told within 24 hours to "pound sand" and go deal with the retailer, but be sure to have a great day, so there's that.

Do not buy unless you enjoy wasting money.

Purchased WM 50-13 trash can Mayof 24In fef the lid stopped working, checked batteries they would not fit in the slot for them kept buckling and would not stay in a straight line so + and _ would work. Contacted company talked with "Martines" (s) and was goin through replacement for lid when she aske if we could finish later in the day as she had orders to get out, I agreed (dumb me) that is the last I have heard from them after 5 phone calls 3 emails. I checked customer reviews on the company and found out the company has an 80% bad rating. I will send an email to Walmart and tell them they should not do business with "ninestarsusa" and return product from them. item WM 50-13 waste basket wirh movement sensor ended up crazy gluing a knob on the lid and opening it and closing it manually.

Bought two of the auto open/close

Bought two of the auto open/close. Worked for a couple months then the top would not close. About a month later the second can top would not open or close. Change batteries but did not help. Made sure that everything was clean (not washing) but made not difference. Waste of money as I have to purchase two different trash cans.

Product Stopped Working after 5 Months

The automatic open/close function on my trash can just stopped working 5 months after purchase. I changed the batteries multiple times and it still won’t come online. I’m currently having to manually open and close the lid. Contacted company Oct 1 by using contact us form (no tel contact available). No response despite saying 4-5 business days response time. I’ve followed up another twice and still no response. Would never purchase anything from this company again!

THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES!

I purchased one of their stainless steel motion sense trashcans (model: TRASH-DZT-80-4) and it worked for one yr and then stopped working. We paid $90 now after many MANY reset attempts its completely dead. I contacted the company and was told although it's still under warranty there's a "nationwide shortage" for parts & they don't know when they'll be able to send anything. It's been now 2 months and I quickly realized that they never intend to honor their warranty. I will never order anything from this company again. I wasted almost $100 on a very poor product!

Completely disappointed with this company

Completely disappointed with this company.
I have a Rectangular Motion Sensor Trash Can 21.1 Gallon model and the lid isn't working anymore.
I bought a extra lid at ninestarsusa.com.
After conclude the order, I didn't received any email about how long it would take to ship. But after more over than a week, they just cancelled my order without any reason. Nobody answer my calls or emails. It's insane!

Purchased a WM-50-13 stainless steel…

Purchased a WM-50-13 stainless steel garbage can with auto opening lid at Walmart in July, mfg on 2021-02-19. Some 4-5 days later the lid stopped opening and so I wrote to the company. That was Aug 11th. I just received an email some 7+ weeks later asking me for things I no longer had. I was hurting my fingers trying to pry it open and so after doing all resets possible, I donated it to my local parish.
It's a shame to spend close to $100 on a trash can that was simply a piece of trash.
