Bad quality
I just received your skates today and tried them for the first time. I’m extremely disappointed because the product does not perform as advertised.
I purchased these specifically because they were advertised as long-distance skates. Based on that description, I expected to be able to comfortably skate for an extended distance. I even had a friend drop my son and me off about 5 miles from my home so that I could skate back while pushing him in his stroller, as I regularly do with my other skates.
Unfortunately, within minutes of putting these on, my feet were in so much pain that I could not continue skating. I couldn’t even skate for a minute comfortably. I had to take them off and walk the entire way back home.
I don’t understand how these can be advertised as long-distance skates when they are not comfortable or practical for extended rollerblading. The description created an expectation that the product would be suitable for exactly the type of skating I intended to do, and that was absolutely not my experience.
These were expensive, they took quite a while to arrive, and I was genuinely excited to receive them because of how they were advertised. I’m extremely disappointed with the product.

Purchase from them if you want to lose your money
Purchased an expensive cold plunge.
When it was full it arched out at the top meaning that the lid no longer provided a cover. So insects, leaves etc could simply crawl in.
They took nearly a month to reply to me, and only after explaining to them that I had submitted the information to my bank.
There response was that there was nothing wrong with the item and that was "a natural characteristic" of the product.
This company should be one that you avoid

No customer service AVOID…
Signed up for a first time order with the offer of a free tshirt for my son and his scooter . Unable to add the tshirt to order . Placed order for scooter and emailed them immediately to explain .
No response until after delivery to say needed to be ordered at same time .
Really poor service and I wouldn’t use them again after showing such slow administration and lack of customer service - plenty of other poor experiences out there - I should have used skate hut instead as their service is impeccable
