Trustworthy shop and quality items
Was kept being up to date when our wanted item became available again. We purchased 2 scooters, 1 Story Bandit for kids, we already purchased this before but unfortunately it got stolen. My son was very happy when the item was back in stock. And 1 Story City Roller. Both excellent to go around our city in Vienna, and at the skatepark. We will definitely buy again in the future. Beware USA Skate Shop Operates out of Denmark
The boot on the skate is so narrow my child couldn't fit his foot into it. When I requested to return it I was provided a return address to Denmark instead of a return label. USPS said it would cost $107 to ship the skates. That is how much we paid for the skates. Customer service was no help and only referred me to their return policy.

Ordered wheels for my son’s kickbike in…
Ordered wheels for my son’s kickbike in June. I paid in full, but I still haven’t received them.
I’ve reached out to customer support several times for help. At one point, the team said they were going to send the items I ordered, so I thought the issue was finally being resolved.
Since then: radio silence.
It has now been two months and counting, with no wheels, no meaningful update, and no clear explanation.
Very disappointing customer service. I paid for an order that still hasn’t arrived, and getting any response from the company has been incredibly difficult.

Low quality
The product despite its high price is a very low quality product. It sounds like an old car. Some of the metallic components are unfinished so sharp, which scratched my skin. The pain already scratched and some defects when it was unpackaged even before use. Received it almost a month after placing the order.
Not a good value for money.

My first purchase wasn't too great
My first purchase wasn't too great. I bought a deck and grip tape. The deck didn't match the one I saw online. Small issue but was looking forward to the deck I was expecting. Also the grip tape was damaged during shipping with a few creases. Overall wasn't a great experience but the deck was still cool enough to keep and currently working on the creases of the grip tape, so all is good.

Diablo Stunt Scooter described as Red/Black
Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. I purchased the Diablo stunt scooter in red/black for my 12 year old grandson for his birthday as they are his favourite chosen colours but when he opened the parcel yesterday he found that the frame around the scooter pad is pink which was disappointing. The scooter is built well and the main frame is black and handle bars red and black as expected but we expected the frame around the pad to also be red - scooter colour is described as red/black.

My son broke his brake for his stunt scooter so we ordered replacement, the postage charge was a bit high for a cheap part so we were offered a percentage discount which was great.
