The helmet I ordered was the wrong size. Despite following the instructions for exchanging products the vendor has not responded. This includes me following up.
Update: I was eventually able to contact the company. After this they quickly resolved the issue entirely to my satisfaction. In the end they were very helpful

Hi just waiting for a response from your online chat for someone to get back to me to resolve the problem . I ordered a scooter for my granddaughters birthday to arrive in time for our holiday I paid extra for express delivery and it didn’t come in the time stated!!! Both myself and my granddaughter was very disappointed I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it wasn’t going to come on time!! It arrived to my home while we were away on the 7th day when it clearly stated 3-5 working days when I placed the order!!! Further more I ordered it in purple and it came in pink!! Not as though it would have been detrimental!!! Just wanted it before our holiday for a present and to use it while we were away!!! I would appreciate it if you could contact me regarding the matter thank you

Great scooter but poor delivery time.
The order took too long to arrive. Really pleased with the scooter but the time it took to be delivered completely spoiled the whole order. No updates on tracking site for days.

My son absolutely loves this…
My son absolutely loves this skateboard! It rides very smoothly, feels stable, and he can still do all his tricks at the skatepark. You do have to be a little careful because this thing FLIES 😂, but overall, he’s very happy with it. It feels sturdy and gives him a smooth, stable ride. Definitely a great buy!
