Just wanted to give Neil at Eurospares London a proper shout-out. He’s been brilliant helping me put together several parts baskets for my garage, and honestly the service has been spot on from start to finish.

Neil genuinely goes the extra mile. He patiently worked through all my questions and wasn’t shy about pointing me in the right direction or flagging corrections where needed, which saved me from ordering the wrong bits. That kind of know-how makes a real difference when you’re sourcing parts and want to get it right.

Credit to the Eurospares system too. Being able to track every item from the moment I ordered, through to inventory and final delivery, made the whole thing dead easy and took the guesswork out of it.

If you need a parts supplier who actually knows their stuff and looks after you, Neil and the team are the ones to go to. Can’t fault them.

I did not know these folks..I do now.
Shipped a sill plate to me, (thin sheet metal) in US, in a box too short, so just left the top open, and pinch taped it, with only one wrap of bubble wrap to get it to america...through customs. 800.00 bucks later. I have a bent, dog eared sill plate. I left a bad review. They contacted me in response to my review, and the response was good. I let them know that my complaint was with the packing, not the shipping. They offered to make it right. That is pretty much all you can ask without employing a time machine. Keith is a good guy who seems to legitimately care about the business.

Needed help with freight and selection of a number of stickers. Prompt and helpful service.

My experience of Eurospares was excellent.For a start they had the part I needed which had been hard to source for my make even the dealer couldn't get one .It was a reasonable price for genuine parts ,used ones on e baywere not much less.They were easy to deal with kept me updated and part arrived quickly and very well packaged ,woulddef rwcommend

During my years of Ferrari ownership this company has suplied my 348 with most parts it needed. Always received the right parts and prefectly packaged. A consolidated company with the best and more detailled website for Ferrari parts in the world, with probably the greatest stock, and a professional team which is trully listening to customers and willing to improve as I can recently state with the new implemented DDP service to Spain. I have asked for that and here we got it now.

Eurospares have a very efficient fsales to dispatch
Ordered goods requested I need it quick got a email from sales saying I opted for FedEx standard delivery and they would change it to FedEx express delivery without any other charge got it next day well packed that’s how a company should be I will definitely be buying in future

Eurospares have a very efficient computer system, from sales to dispatch works seamlessly....until there's a glitch. luckily the chat girls Charlotte & Abbie fixed it in 5 minutes. Great service when your car is in a million bits.
