Eurospares have a very efficient computer system, from sales to dispatch works seamlessly....until there's a glitch. luckily the chat girls Charlotte & Abbie fixed it in 5 minutes. Great service when your car is in a million bits.

found a last minute leak in a coolant pipe and wanted to get the car back to the customer ASAP . URGENT order helped me do so. Abbie aka cat lady made quick work of canceling one order and providing a URGENT order . Fee was reasonable . I will use ES again. would like to see some sort of professional discount for disabled veterans .

I wanted to purchase a cover for my 360 Ferrari. I wasn't sure if I was buying the correct one, so I asked for a photo on a 360. I was surprised to get an instant response from the Development Manager Keith Derrick. With some email exchanges, I received the photos and went ahead with my purchase comfortable with my purchase, which I might add was far less expensive than the same cover from Ferrari direct. I was even more surprised that I received emails from purchase to delivery telling me the status of my delivery. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome!

Lightning fast. I ordered a new windscreen nozzle for a Porsche Cayman at lunchtime yesterday. It was despatched within about an hour and the FedEx man was ringing my doorbell at 7am. I didn't even pay expedited - that was "normal" delivery. Part was OEM as expected and works perfectly. Great service.

Great communication from the start, item was well packaged with excellent tracking information. Part was delivered with care and attention to the fact its a very expensive windscreen.
