Item was as advertised, but their customer service was not good. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I love eurway furniture. All the more so when the customer service is highly responsive when the need arises.

My shipment of bar stools were out of stock and took longer to arrive. However, every time I called for an update their staff was exceptionally friendly and informative. I would order from them again!

Ordered 3 bar stools in cream color. Was sent to black, and one cream. Was given RA number to return in original packing but not until talking to manager at customer service. Had to go out and buy ones as guests were coming to town. Then when I sent the 3 per instructions back to you, one was sent back to me somehow. Had to go through the whole RA process for this one random stool that was sent back to me, and ended up having to carry (and it's heavy) to fed ex. Additionally, I had ordered a desk chair, and after we put it together we realized it has a tiny chip out of the acrylic seat. After the above hassle we didn't even bother to return the office chair even though it is flawed. Will never order from Eurway again! I am only giving it 3 stars because the manager was very understanding and helpful.

Item wasn't color it should have been. It is sad because I really liked the design and the quality for price. Your people were really great in helping me return it

The bars that connect the seat and the back of the chair do not connect together correctly. The bars are crooked. I can not put one screw in because it won't align up.

Had purchased eurway before, I was satisfied. My recent purchase is not the quality I was expected and have been used to.

Product came when expected and was packaged well. The chair was just what was needed and what the website led me to believe we would get.

I'm elated with this purchase. I was a little leery to order a glass table via the mail, especially one with moving parts. I didn't need to be. It was well packed and arrived via curbside delivery intact. I had a great driver who helped me get it inside (I live on second floor). Yes, I tipped him.

Anyway, I am so pleased with the quality of the table. There are no scratches, it is level, and all edges align perfectly. Assembly was easy thanks to a previous customer who put together a 'how to.'

I will do business with Eurway again. Thanks for a pleasant Internet shopping experience.

The stools are beautiful and well-made. Everyone who comes into our kitchen remarks are them too. Thank you!

Love these stools! We ended up adding a layer of polyurethane because we're constantly wiping them down.

We wanted a glass table with a lazy susan center. I thought the item would be impossible to find. I was so wrong. Eurway's glass table is beyond my expectations in looks, size, and ease of use. It was a little daunting to put it together because the screws just didn't quite fit correctly - but with some muscle and patience, we got it together. It is spectacular looking and very modern in design! I would always go to Eurway first to look for items for the home from this point on.

The product looked absolutely the same as you would see at their website. Delivery was done on time. Everything worked as expected.

Thanks for a great job of shipping something tricky - two all glass end tables that had been impossible to find - all the way from TX to Seattle. The shipper was thoughtful and provided perfect service. The packing job could not have been better. The tables arrived in perfect shape...and they look great in my place. Thanks!

Excellent service and products are awesome!

The co was on top of letting me know of shipping delays due to manufacturer back order. There was expressed concern with my satisfaction and offer to cancel the order with full refund.
So Cust serv and communication are great.

When the desk arrived the driver expressed surprise it arrived intact -apparently most arrived damaged with glass broken due to poor shipping packaging. Not sure whose responsible for that part.

The desk itself is exactly as promised and a GREAT piece of furniture. Classy, clean, high-end look. Worth the 8 week wait.

Overall we are very satisfied with the company and the piece.

The physical store in Austin is great. The staff are really friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. They have even more available on the website and do not sell just anything. It has to be stylish and quality.

Easy online catalog to find what you want quickly. Affordable prices. A quick checkout process. An EXCELLENT product. What else do you need to make this a great experience!! Highly Recommend.
