What a wonderful company
What a wonderful company . I had a problem ordering and by mistake ordered 2 items instead of one.
I emailed immediately when I realised my mistake . As it was Sunday I didn’t expect a reply but within an hour I’d had a refund and the second order was cancelled. Amazing customer service . Thank you .

Briefcase back pack and body sling
I bought a briefcase back pack and body sling.
I haven't used the backpack yet as I don't need it for everyday use. However, with regard to practicalities both bags are 10/10. I have tested the space the backpack provides and it's quality and looks good, and the same for the body sling.
I found Euston bags through a Google search, I was looking at what I would consider 'better known brands' and I actually returned a back pack which costed more, offered less and didn't look as professional. Which is also important for what I need it for.
The body sling wasn't originally planned, however when I saw what it could offer at a reasonable price I knew it would be a great investment. The quality of both products are top notch.

Bopai city-s laptop backpack in peach - arrived incredibly quickly, well packaged to prevent damage in transit, exactly as it appeared/was described on the website. Bought as a gift and now considering purchasing one for myself! Really well thought out design with pockets for everything, waterproof and smart-looking.

Bag straps keep coming loose on first…
Bag straps keep coming loose on first trip with it. Used chat function to discuss. Advised that this has never happened before and final response was ‘that’s strange’, the left chat. So I have £100 laptop bag where the straps go loose and zero offer of any support. Have asked for full refund.
