I would like to thank the seller
I would like to thank the seller. Although I decided to return the specific bag for my reasons (has nothing to do with the product or the Seller).
The product was exactly as described and the seller was very responsive, but especially fine words for accommodating for a pick-up on the same day (!).
Once I decided to return the bag, he was as fast and responsive and so was the refund within a day.

Good bag, poor/ misleading delivery time...
The bag is great and everything I expected, so all good there. Shipping was another matter, website said 1-3 days, confirmation after paying said 3-4 days, actual delivery around 10 days, sent 2nd class so no intention to meet the delivery time stated.
Needed the bag for work so ended up having to borrow one, not ideal. Would have been great if they'd just been honest on delivery as I would have gone elsewhere and saved myself the hassle.

Bange BG-05 17" Laptop Backpack by Euston Bags
I rate my personal experience with Euston Bags, top class. The centre handle of my current Dell backpack is about to snap anytime now. I chose Bange BG-05 17" Laptop Backpack mainly for its sturdy looking reinforced centre handle. This was my first order with them and unfortunately their logistics provider, the otherwise reliable and dependable Royal Mail let them and me down. After seven working days of not receiving the item and no change in Royal Mail tracking info when I approached Euston Bags to help me, they went out of the way to deliver using an alternative fast courier and promptly fixed my problem. I haven’t seen such dedication to deliver and win a customer over in a long time. As for the product, it matches the description and quality as advertised on the website. Very excited and looking forward to put it to use next week.
