Exceeded Expectations
I initially ordered the wrong backpack by accident. I contacted support who ended up replying a bit late as they had already posted the order. My email requesting the order to be cancelled ended up in their spam folder which is why the response took a bit longer. Andrew who was the person who replied to my email apologised and said if I wanted to return it or exchange it I can contact him. However it actually ended up working out as I really didn't expect the backpack to be as high quality as it was and it looked great too. Even though this was a bit of a weird situation, I have to say Andrew was polite and understanding and I am overall happy with the outcome. Thanks.

Perfect travel bag, not just for baby things.
Delivery was very quick and the bag didn’t disappoint. It’s very well made and already been well used on touring holiday, all day every day and still looks brand new. I didn’t purchase it to carry baby items but saw and loved my daughters- who does. There’s a place for everything and all can be found at a glance due to the great design. It holds a lot but even packed full it still feels so comfortable to carry. Great for family days out and very smart. I love it!
