Misleading bundle – not all 70/30 juices, poor customer service

I ordered a bundle using the 70/30 VG/PG filter, expecting both juices to match that ratio. What arrived was a 50/50 and a 55/45, neither of which aligns with the filter.

To make things more confusing, the nic salts and nic shots included were 70/30, even though the actual juices weren’t. That makes no sense and feels really inconsistent.

When I reached out, I was told the VG/PG varies by flavour — which might be noted somewhere, after checking the description it says 50/50… so why do I also have a 45/55?, and why is the bundle even appearing under the 70/30 filter? That’s misleading. And just as I was replying to support, they ended the chat mid-conversation.

Really disappointed, I won’t be ordering again unless they fix the filtering and improve product clarity.

I have been thinking about starting to vape CBD for medical reasons, the guys in the Crawley store were very informative about the products and there was no hard sell.
I left the store happy and with a few products of my own choice after their feedback.
