After one month never arrived . The refund was less than 25 % . Why not the full amount ?

They lied saying it was a silk robe. Has no silk in it. Poor quality and shady business, that is not ethical. They conveniently don’t accept returns.

I bought one of their kimonos. 100% cotton and lovely pattern. They also send you an email to know better your measurements so they can make sure you get the right size.
I wear my kimono at home all the time, when I wake up and I have my breakfast, when prepping up before going out on when doing my bedtime routine.
Very helpful and kind customer service. Recommended.

The items I received from Eva Trends fit me perfectly, and they are made of durable material. They’re comfortable, and clearly not cheaply made. They also match the pictures on the website exactly. I will absolutely be ordering from this brand in the future.

I ordered some dungarees from Eva Trends in April and they arrived today..however they are completely different to the picture! Totally different pattern and I obviously bought the dungarees for their lovely floral pattern. It was v disappointing. I have emailed and hopefully they will be able to send me the pair I ordered.....it was my first time ordering from Eva Trends.....

Ordered a kimono from eva Trends.. it arrived in 15 business days to canada .. nice fabric soft and flowy like a brushed cotton, good length. Very pretty colours, vibrant , pattern as in photo!
Perfect summer piece to thrown on as the sun goes down or with jeans and t shirt.

I ordered 2 kimonos from this site. They arrived within 2 weeks. One is cotton, the other some sort of silkier fabric. I am keeping the cotton one, and the other was a gift for my mom. The detailing on the silky one was great, the images are where they should be, and I see no loose threads. I feel this purchase was worth the price.

I brought a blouse on 17th February but never arrived I paid €30 for nothing everytime I send emails for nothing the last email I sent you told me to give me £2 compensation which is ridiculous my tracking number is RV371996159CN. Your company is a scam. Don't buy anything from them

Lovely dresses specially really liked the long coat.
Its very comfortable and perfect fit. Tops are doing okay even after couple of wash. Always get praised when ever wear their dress.
Only thing I would suggest to please improve your shipping and processing time.

I ordered couple of things from them recently. Very mature customer service and communication.
Finally received my order after 2 weeks or so but products were really good and I must say pictures can't justify also they send me free gift which I didn't even asked for compensation as my order was bit late.
Happy days....

I have been buying Eva Trends clothing for the last 3 years the quality and attention to detail is great I live in Australia and my orders usually arrive within 10 days I love the edgy designs and always a great fit I highly recommend Eva Trends and thank them for their great service 10/10

Ordered 3 tops costing me over £50.
One, I am very happy with, one I don't think I ordered and the sleeves are too tight and the third one is a VERY small size in a bag stating it was a Large size.
I'm now stuck with two unwearable tops, which it will cost me more than they are worth, to return.
WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THE EVER AGAIN!

I was surprised to see many unhappy customers, personally it's been okay for me.

My first experience - the item I wanted wasn't available after all, so I was emailed by staff offering a different one or a refund. I got the refund within days, no bother.

Second experience - I received my coat looking like in the pictures, it's very obviously the exact same item and no issues with sizing either. Totally satisfied.

One thing to note, they do send from Asia, so it is going to take time for your package to arrive.

Is a fraud I pay more the 200dls and no receive nothing I mail to many times and no answer is really scamer people

Received my first order and was VERY impressed with the quality of both the sweater and the jeans l ordered. The fit was perfect and both items were extremely well made. Even the sturdy, artsy plastic bags the items were packaged in were impressive! Obviously a top notch company! Will definitely order from them again soon.

Look I have some Eva Trends dresses that I LOVE so I ordered more of them and got knock offs poorly made, incorrectly sized and obviously from somewhere in Asia due to the characters on the mailing envelope. SO disappointed, now I am afraid to buy any more in case I am not on the true site.

Recieved my order in the time promised. Dresses were exactly as i ordered. Cood quality fabric, true to discription. I love my dresses. Was very pleased as i am a new online shopper and have been disappointd with a couple of sites recieving knock offs nothing like their pictures. (Callubuy and tendaisy). Will use evatrends again, love their dresses.

I’m absolutely broken! I’m a carer for my dad on the least money ! However I had a little windfall and decided to buy a whole new wardrobe!! BIG MISTAKE! Over £300.00 pounds with of cloths returned to Eva Trends over four weeks ago with no refund ! And now ignoring my Emails .. cost me £40.00 to return through registered mail also 👎😭
