Terrible customer service and slow refunds
I bought some clothing and the sizes were far off from their size chart. I kept one item and returned 4 items. they were returned to the company in December and acknowledged as returned in January by email. The company sent another email after asking me which SKUs I had returned, even though I had sent the order number in an email with all the information and included all the shipping invoices with the return. I have not yet received a refund for the returned items, although I have written several emails and been assured the refund would be made within days. (Spolier alert--it has been weeks and not yet.) This company has horrendous customer service.

I paid more than 20 quid for express delivery, since I needed the items to arrive before Christmas because they were my mum's Christmas present. They assured they would arrive. Then they didn't arrive on time and couldn't give my mother her gift. After that they promised to refund. Now that I'm asking for my refund they don't reply to my emails. THIEVES. Don't ever use that page again. Also item is shorter than in the picture. Doesn't match.

Return process doesn’t work!!
Clothes are great and delivery time is not bad considering delivery address is Australia. However, you will need to take the risk that the item will fit as their return process does not work! Item did not fit so returned as per their instructions. Eva Trends acknowledged receipt of the item and requested details of the replacement item I would like. Identified the item and they asked me to return the previous item before they would ship. Advised them that have already received it. And so it began!!!! Three months later, still waiting for replacement item and they have now stopped communicating!! Extremely frustrating!

I fell in love with my dungarees on sight. I absolutely love them, they are my happy pants & I get asked to wear them to my volunteer job lol. I have been asked where I got them & couldn't recommend you any higher. The price, the turn around time, the customer service & a wonderful product will be bringing me back. Had to wait a little while to get my product but that was because there was a shipping error somewhere however customer service at Eva trends was great at handling the issue and I received my products most Promptly. I appreciated the way customer service handled the shipping issue. So far I have been really surprised with the quality of merchandise that I have purchased. Thieves and Liars
While my first order with them was great, my 2nd one has been a complete nightmare. I ordered two different colors of the same dress in the same size. They sent 2 different sized dresses. One way too small, the other too large. I even sent pics that clearly show the differences. I opened a Paypal dispute case because they initially refused to pay for shipping it back, even tho it was their error. That went on for several weeks until they finally agreed. Then one item was out of stock and they refused to refund unless I closed my dispute. Now they’ve had my returned items for a few weeks (and admitted to having them in an email to me) and a. Still have not refunded ANYTHING to my acct. and have told Paypal I returned the wrong items! What?!?! Why the f*** would I return wrong items?!?! These people are liars and thieves!!! I have every email where they’ve admitted their error, said would they would provide refunds in a specified time and haven't, and said they would refund my shipping costs (not cheap!), and they haven’t met any of their own specified time frames! I hope a lot of people read this review and are cautioned about ordering from this company. As an aside, after ordering from them, I found a better site with even some of the exact same items at a significant savings

I want to thank you so much for constantly keeping me updated. This is my first time experimenting with an overseas company purchase and you have been amazing. Disappointed that your one size fits all are so l large. Also when I looked at the size chart it listed size choices but it only came in one size. I would like to buy others but it cost a lot to get altered.
